LH Hotel Andreotti

Very disappointing stay. From check-in, our room had a strong, unpleasant smell (musty/smoke-like). We asked to be moved, but the second room had the exact same odor problem. We were moved a third time, and again the smell was there. During our stay we also found a cockroach on the bathroom wall, mold-like stains on the mattress protector, and a large damp/water stain on the ceiling that likely explains the odor throughout the property. The carpets and wallpaper also looked worn and poorly maintained. After three failed room changes with no real solution, we decided to leave the hotel altogether. Cleanliness and maintenance clearly need serious attention here. I would not recommend this hotel until these issues are properly addressed.

Extremely polite staff. Varied breakfast. Clean and quiet rooms. You can leave your luggage for storage before and after check-in.

Room is very smelly, husband wore his t-shirt on the nose when going to the bathroom because of the mold smell. When entering in the hallway on first floor smell of old carpet appeared. Which intensified in the room. Even when leaving the room window full day and night, smell never went away. When washing clothes after the vacation, small smell remained on the clothes, so place is not for nose sensitive. When coming out of bathroom carpet smell hits the nose, when going to bathroom mold smell hits the nose. Pick your poison. But breakfest was great!

Staff at check-in took very good care of my reservation for a transfer to the airport. The room was immaculate. The breakfast buffet was a delight. Information at time of check-in on how to work the elevator (I couldn't get out) and how to turn on the room lights (I didn't know that the door key card needed to be inserted in a wall-mounted unit inside the door). The soap dispenser in the shower did not work. The electric kettle in the room did not work.

Excellent staff, very welcoming and helpful. Clean and comfortable rooms. Great location. Saved our trip after a terrible experience at another property – couldn't have asked for better service.

Wonderful central location and all amenities provided. Breakfast had a wide choice. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Will certainly stay again!

GREAT LOCATION. Room was so small that there was not even a place where we could open a second suitcase.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved that we could leave our bags there until our train departed. Breakfast was great! Our room was way too hot. With our windows open the outside noise was very loud. The elevator floor felt unsafe. The bathroom was newly renovated but too small. The door couldn’t open properly because the toilet was in the way and the shower was extremely small.

We liked the cleanliness of the place. Considering this hotel is located in an old building, it is very well maintained and the room was very clean. We also liked the breakfast. For a three star hotel, the breakfast has been rich with quite a variety. The staff was also very helpful. I understand that now city tax is everywhere. However I did not like the fact that they request the payment of city tax in cash only. It was good I had some euros on me, otherwise I would have to look for ATMs to withdraw cash. Also, it was a bit noisy from the street, from passing vehicles.

The breakfast buffet was great. There were so many choices and the food were freshly prepared everyday. The dining area is clean and have enough seats for everyone to enjoy their breakfast, The room was outdated, I think it needs a bit of update. The walls and carpets are out of time and feels like you're in the 80s. Our room felt hot during the whole stay, we had to open our window to let cool air inside.

I liked the staff. and the breakfast. The location is good, too. The elevator is scary. Extremely old. I didn't feel safe at all.

Very goos location, near the Termini station. The hotel requires some attention as it looks old. The double bed was actually 2 single bed connected which unfortunately, the mattreses were not matching in height.
