Andrea was a great host. Very responsive and helpful. Great breakfast.

The property is just a 10 minute walk from the Colosseum. The one-bedroom apartment where we stayed with our two kids was spotless, and it was cleaned every single day. The fridge was always well stocked with food, milk, juices, sweets, fresh bread and croissants brought every morning, which was a completely new experience for us. We’ve never stayed anywhere that provided such 10 out of 10 service. Whenever we had a question or needed anything, the owner was always quick to help. He genuinely cared about making sure we were happy and told us that his guests’ satisfaction was his top priority. His hospitality impressed us!

Matteo was of an incredible help and generosity. He was always available through WhatsApp. He met us for early check in, as well as for check out. He brought pastries for breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the location was great, just a short walk from the Colosseo. The host, Matteo, was truly kind and helpful. We had a great stay and would definitely stay there again!

I’m sorry to say I didn’t love the surrounding location. It was walking distance to major sights but in the area there was a LOT of graffiti from recent protests and it didn’t feel as friendly a neighborhood as where we’ve stayed before in Monti so we opted for a taxi at night even though we prefer to walk. Still it was a good value and the host was welcoming and everything you need is provided.

The location was decent. The host was very welcoming. There are a lot of good amenities in the room The bed was loud and loose. The cleaning products were WAY too strong. I think it was like a Fabuloso, very strong flower scent, and it was difficult to relax.

The hotel is in an excellent location, only about a 10-minute walk to the Colosseum. Very clean, with kind and helpful staff. Overall, a very good price–performance choice for staying close to the Colosseum. . We booked a room with an external private bathroom. It was fine, but for those who value privacy, it may not be ideal. The bathroom is located across the corridor, which is also used as an entrance and staff working/seating area, so when you go out in your pajamas, you may run into someone. Next time, I would choose a room with an internal private bathroom. Also, the room had glass windows at the top of the wall facing the corridor, which let in some light and noise. If you are sensitive to those, keep it in mind. But overall, considering the price and the great location, it’s definitely a good option for a stay in Rome

The property was in a great location close to tours to the Colosseum and the Vatican! Very clean room, comfortable, Host Andrea was very communicative and gave a lot of recommendations for restaurants and things to see. Breakfast every morning. The property was a little tucked and hard harder to find with Google maps and Apple Maps.

The host was very kind and helpful. The location was perfect; close enough to the Colosseum to walk but also in a quiet location. The facilities (room and restroom) were clean and comfortable to use. 10 out of 10 I would stay again and recommend it to friends traveling to Rome!
