Magenta Pantheon Navona

The air-conditioning was not good. The wifi was poor and slow, and so you couldn't keep a connection with the TV or your phone. The shower head was clogged and went towards the wall, and half of the shower head didn't work. The room is next to a large and loud door that people use at all hours. Many things in the room are in poor condition and / or broken, as well as some that appear unfinished and in need of repair. The mattress was a stiff foam mattress that was hard to sleep on and was uncomfortable, we got poor quality sleep.

It was a fun experience. We had the WILD room. It was decorated like you were sleeping under the stars and in a teepee. The shower was a little strange but fun. Water pours out of the whole ceiling . They have a fridge to keep your drinks cold. The air conditioning worked well. The location was ok. It was a little noisy. The area is very moved during the night.

Excellent location, very clean room, the AC was great. The WiFi connection was very weak.

The room was great. Spacious, comfortable, clean and modern. Very well located near Metro and Bus stations. Walking distance to Coliseum and many other attractions. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our bathroom had a waterfall and we loved the Zen theme. It has elevator and that was a plus because it was on the 3rd floor. Overall it was excellent. Would definitely recommend it and will stay again soon. Everything was perfect. The price can be more affordable.

The property is well located, close to a restaurant, church small supermarkets, 10 minutes walk to Trevi and to Navona square and so much more. The employees were very helpful and polite

We really loved the location of this room! It was just a short walk to Pantheon and Trevi (10 to 15 minutes), about 19 minutes from the Colosseum, about 30 minutes to the Vatican. Truly the best location you could ask for. It was right by a taxi stand as well. The hostess who greeted us was amazing. She was very helpful and even arranged a taxy to the airport for us on the day we left which was a huge help. I also loved that the entry to the room was through a private courtyard, which felt very safe and quiet compared to the hustle and bustle of Rome that was right outside! PLUS this was the most comfy bed we slept in on our two week trip in Italy. The only complaint we had was that the water would not get very warm. One night, we were actually unable to shower because there was no hot water. We had to wait until the next morning. I am not sure if maybe someone in another room had showered and used all the hot water, but it was not available in our room for some reason. The vanity/sink area was also a bit busted up/broken and needed to be repaired, but it did not affect our ability to use the sink area in an way.

It was very noisy at night during the weekend outside. The SPA was good but it worked with breaks and the water pressure was very low and a long period of time was needed until the flow of hot water.

Water flow was very low, both in the shower and jacuzzi, it took forever to fill the jacuzzi…

The location was good We were in the Zen room- Hot water took forever, the bed was uncomfortable, the shower had low water pressure and it didn’t drain well so you were standing in a puddle. The shower was also the “grotto” shower which smelled musty.

The location and the staff were fantastic. Great cost benefit. Just minor things, the mattress was too soft and the coffee machine did not quite work. However, I did not mention it to the staff, so I would not put that against them.

Great location and the very comfy bed, pillows, and linens. Reception was also very helpful! The rain shower did not work and the water was barely coming out of the spouts. They appeared to be clogged and we tried to unclog them and that did not work. The waterfall shower also was very poor with water pouring up against the wall. The lights in the bathroom also were missing lightbulbs and didn’t have all the lights working as well as two of the overhead skylights didn’t work. The glass of the shower door was cracked. Just looked very outdated and needed updating.

The master shower in our room was of a grotto. Great memorable shower. If you are not used to Europe, it can be an adjustment. Taxi got us right to the front door but a clear sign of hotel name is not present.

amazing location and very comfortable nothing

The location is great The rooms are made to have a special design with little attention for comfort. My room had a wooden structure above the bed like a tent and the shower area that was designed to look like a spa but it was most inconvenient to use. The place is equipped minimally, no shelves or cupboards, nowhere to unpack your suitcases ( except for a short hanging rail) no side light by the bed, no armchair, no sofa but two most uncomfortable small chairs. The place badly needs repainting.

Perfect location; it's very easy to reach everything from the place. Super friendly and helpful staff that is always available if there are any questions. Very comfortable bed and very nice rooms. For sure recommended.
