My daughter and I had a wonderful stay for 4 nights. We weren't far from many of the attractions we wanted to visit, taxi was around $9 -$15 for our daily ride into Rome central. The front desk had a very nice gentleman who was very willing to give us some suggestions of local restaurants in this non tourist area, a great location to to eat the local non tourist foods. Water pressure was amazing ans always had hot water. The breakfast that was included was nice with a variety of choices. Our rooms were clean and the bed was comfy. I would definitely stay here again. oh and one of the best gelato in Italy is located right around the corner. elevators were very small and hot.

Staff at front desk and bellman were absolutely wonderful!! Location is incredible the hotel is wonderful. The only thing we didn't like was the breakfast. The food quality was very poor and the espresso was horrible. Not at all like the coffee shop just a few doors down. The waiters for dinner were not very good. Very slow we sat for over 30 minutes just to get noticed and a glass of wine.

The staff all went above and beyond. Everyone of them was extremely friendly and helpful. The room itself was spacious enough with a nice bed and bathroom. There was a mini fridge with some waters for you, a mini safe, and a cool mirror... table? thing that I'm not sure what it was for but I liked it haha. Not the hotels fault at all, but the location is a bit far from the fun neighborhoods and sites. But, the bus does stop pretty close, and with google, it's very easy to figure out how to get around cheaply.

Location and the rooftop was incredible. The Bathroom. Shower is tiny and the leaking water.
-
The staff were excellent. The breakfast was good. The beds could use an update on the mattresses. The mattresses were soft and uncomfortable
-
Very helpful staff, lovely atmosphere, rooftop restaurant was very good plus so many good restaurants close by. Great place to stay.

All good

Great location. Part of my stay was solo and I felt very safe in that area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Joanna, who assisted with tickets for the hop on hop off bus, the Vatican and overall Rome knowledge. She was very friendly and made me confident to explore Rome on my own. Nothing!

I really love the location of the hotel so many places to eat where you didn’t have to walk far and it wasn’t in a busy area . That you have to wait until 2 pm to check in. All the other hotels in different cities had allow us to do early check in . We had to sit in the lobby for 40 minutes after we had to ride a train into Rome
-
The room was a bit small and no window light so it felt like being in a box and other than that it is good
-
Convenient location
-
Beautiful common areas and nicely appointed room and lovely bathroom, obviously designed by a man as no surfaces to place anything or hooks to hang anything, but still very nice hence 10/10 Terriffic breakfast and nice food. A little noisy early morning to the front. The Pope died so a tad busy
