I had a wonderful stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always happy to help with anything we needed. The hotel was spotless, with clean, well-maintained amenities, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The rooftop was absolutely beautiful and the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Martis Palace Hotel with our family of four. We stayed in a Family Suite and really appreciated the extra space, the two bathrooms, comfortable furnishings, thoughtful touches throughout the room, and the excellent air conditioning, which was especially welcome during a warm week in Rome. What truly stood out was the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, attentive, accommodating, and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed throughout our stay. They helped make our visit feel easy and enjoyable from start to finish. The location is outstanding. Being just steps from Piazza Navona made it easy to explore Rome on foot, and we found ourselves walking to many of the city's most famous sights, restaurants, and neighborhoods. Despite the incredibly central location, the room was surprisingly quiet, allowing us to get a great night's sleep after busy days of sightseeing. We also enjoyed the breakfast each morning, and the beds were very comfortable, both details that made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again on a future visit to Rome and would highly recommend Martis Palace Hotel to other families looking for a comfortable, well-located, and welcoming place to stay

Great healthy options and friendly service Nothing

Though located on a busy street, I will point out that the soundproofing is very effective. Quiet, cheerful rooms. Have stayed in several rooms in this hotel before and would not hesitate to stay again. The rooftop is a great place to unwind.

Property was is a great central location convenient to sights, dining and shopping. The staff was exceptional and helped handle a tricky situation with our driver from the airport.

Great location, excellent front desk service

My mom and I stayed in this gorgeous hotel for three nights and we both adored it! We had booked classic rooms but were kindly upgraded (free of charge) to fabulous junior suites. The stylish and spacious rooms were equipped with all the modern conveniences, including excellent climate and lighting control, USB ports at the desk, and abundant storage space in the closets, while the bathrooms were fantastic with modern walk-in showers. The rooms were also extremely quiet, with hardly any noise coming from either outside or inside the hotel. That, combined with very comfortable beds and pillows, allowed for excellent sleep. The hotel's location in the middle of the historic center, literally a two-minute walk from Piazza Navona, allowed for easy walking to a great number of sites we wished to visit, plus there are taxi stands close by. The reception staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful at all times, as were the housekeeping staff and breakfast staff. Speaking of breakfast, the food was delicious and high quality, with a good variety of hot and cold options. In short, we loved everything about the hotel! It was truly a pleasure to stay at the Martis Palace, and we would be delighted to return some day. Grazie mille! Nothing!

My sister-in-law and I stayed for 2 nights and ended a birthday celebration on a high note at Hotel Martis, tucked away on a quiet corner in the center of it all. The front desk service was just as other reviewers wrote—excellent, kind, helpful. Text communication was prompt. The hotel common areas are beautifully designed. I've been to Rome twice before and thought this the perfect location for my SILs first trip here. We arrived much earlier than expected, were warmly greeted and offered a delicious cappuccino in the library. Our room was ready soon after, and we even got upgraded from a Family Suite to a Luxury Suite. Thank you for making our stay special! The rooms are beautiful, modern, clean. They are massive for European standards. We stayed in rooms 204 and 205 which were connected by it's own private/locked hallway. I thought the beds were comfortable--I'm not sure why other reviewers mentioned they were too firm? The breakfast service was wonderful. We loved the beautiful dining room, the breakfast selection, and the excellent coffee. Wish we had more time and warmer weather to enjoy the beautiful views and a drink from the small but picturesque rooftop patio. Everything was perfect.
