Honestly I loved this hotel! Location is amazing, staff are super friendly and always wanting to help. Room were nice and clean and beds were very good! Cant find a single fault! Would deffo stay here again and recommend anyone coming to Rome for a few days to stay here! Please thank the dining staff for going above and beyond for my son who has a peanut allergy. They were so attentive and brought him so many alternatives! Very kind and caring! Honestly can't name one thing! All was amazing.

Clean rooms, comfy beds. Having to leave the key with receptionen when leaving the hotel. Small elevator. Too many staff to follow you up or out with suitcases. I felt pressured to tip them for a work that I could do myself.

Everything was good with great transport links and very welcoming staff. Comfortable and clean. The lights in the room were dark and made it difficult to get ready.

The property was central and really good to get to all the attractions etc I feel the some of the staff don’t have any consideration to elderly disabled individuals, I did have a word with the people I found a problem with so they know and rectify their behaviour. But that’s common courtesy and in the 21st century something the staff cannot be oblivious to. Frustrating but what can we say!

Incredible location, close to everything. Helpful staff that take care off you. Clean room and large bathroom. Breakfast could be better, the options were sometimes stale and from the supermarket.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I asked about somewhere for dinner and their recommendation was perfect plus they mentioned a little ice cream shop near the restaurant for dessert. Also the location was within walking distance of the train station and some of the best sites. The only strange thing was how the toilet flushed or didn't when you pressed the button. Took several presses and then made the loudest noise.

Great location- nice chill vibe Front desk personnel were friendly & very helpful. Rooms are clean, roomy & bed/pillows are great- linens & towels were great! Small lobby & bar areas are not big but it all feels very welcoming. Nothing I can think of
