The host is really nice and provided some useful restaurants information in the same neighborhood. The WiFi is barely connectable in the room 3. Even in the kitchen.

We had a great stay. The room is clean, the neighborhood is safe and quiet at night. Mia and her husband were very helpful. The restaurant recommendations were fantastic, we went to every single one of them. Mia also accommodated some unexpected changes, which I really appreciate!

Fantastic location and access to public transportation was great! We had problems with hot water running out on both days of our stay after just one shower and sofa bed was very uncomfortable! Pls do invest in improving guest facilities along with location it will be a great combo!

Access control is relatively complex.

Amazing location in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Emanuele was so kind and very quick to respond when we needed something. Our steamer broke and he provided us an iron within an hour! Very clean as well - I would stay again! The entrance to the shower, and the shower itself was very small. My partner and I were fine, but something to consider if you are a larger person

Around bus and metro stations. Good transit from the airport with a bus shuttle (40-45min). Very secure entrance. The host is very welcoming and friendly to help you with your stay in the city. Nice, clean and spacious room. The shared kitchen has all the needed appliances for all your meals. The bathroom shower doors are a bit narrow to enter in the cabin.

The toilet flush button sometimes needs to be pushed a few times. But that doesn't affect anything.

It was a very pleasant stay, everything was considered. There are some noise comments but we had almost no issues, the neighbourhood was mostly quiet and maybe we were lucky with the guests next door. The host is amazing, helped us with recommendations and answered any questions we had. Note that this is not a 5-star hotel but a nicely kept house, so that you can have reasonable expectations. It was clean and had everything you might need. The location is great.

The apartment is located in an excellent location. You can rich all the major attractions on foot. Vatican is very close-just 10-15 minute leisure walk. The walk to the Colosseum takes about 40 minutes. The neighboring street is a shopping area with many good stores, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants around. it is very calm and safe neighborhood, which is especially important for Rome. Nearby, there is airport shuttlebus stop (3/4 minutes by walk, 7 EUR per person, tickets you can buy online). Apartment itself was clean and suitable for us. We especially want to highlight the hotel owners Signor Emanuele and Ayshegul Signora (xanim) - they are very pleasant and helpful people. - all was good

Very nice localisation, you can easily access all main attractions without a need of using subway. The place is quiet and feels safe. The room is clean and the bed is comfy. The host is really nice :) We really do recommend Mia House!

The location is fabulous! So close to the Vatican and the neighborhood has a great vibe. Fairly quiet and nice people. I was aware of the tax fee per night, it just would have been helpful to know in advance that we needed to pay in Euros and not electronically.

Not much to say here.
