A/C didn't work properly.

The receptionist was very empathetic and allowed us an early check in at 7:00 a.m. He even told us that we could have breakfast. For the one night we stayed here, we got to have breakfast twice, with no additional cost. The hotel was beautiful, even the eating area was also styled. The lounge and reception area is also comfortable and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a range of fruits, pastries, cereal, yogurt, eggs, bacon etc., juices, coffee, water, chocolate tea. I would definitely book this hotel again. This was my best hotel experience by far in Rome. It is also ideally located, an 8 minute walk to the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. It's close to public transportation and the Trevi fountain, restaurants, stores and cafes all within walking distance. The area is also very safe. Everything was exceptional. Excellent value for your money

If you have a street view room then it will be a bit noisy at night for sleeping.

The service of the staff was first rate. The breakfast was great and the location was amazing. Close to everything. Some people may not like that it is an older hotel. My wife and I found it charming. We wouldn't change a thing.

Breakfast was great, room was clean, and location was great.

The room was not clean at all. There were ants and dust on the floor, and the bathroom was also dirty. Additionally, water flooded from the bathroom. The breakfast was rather poor; the bread was old and there was very little variety. It was also not suitable for vegetarians or for people who require halal or kosher food. The location is about seven minutes from the fountain and around fifteen minutes from the Colosseum.

-
Location and breakfast were good. Room was expected to be larger.
-
The only negative was that the wifi was weak and frequently disconnected.
-
Location was perfect close to shops , 5mins walk to TREVI fountain and 10mins walk to Colosseum. Beautiful views from roof terrace where you can enjoy your coffee. Night time can be vey noisy due to hotel location but wasn’t problem for us . Staff was very friendly, and professional got breakfast package waiting for us before flight back ( left hotel around 3:30 AM ) would definitely recommend this hotel.

Location was brilliant and the views were stunning! Nothing, it was the perfect hotel central to everything.
-
Room was hot and on the street side, which made it noisy.
-
Really great location. Very clean rooms. Very old furniture and non English speaking channels on the TV but I enjoyed my stay
