Nothing, it was smelly, dirty and almost impossible to find, I actually wished I didn’t. There is no sign on the outside of the building, no sign on the buzzers, and no sign on the actual door once someone else has buzzed you into the building. We arrived when we said we would but there was no one to let us in. The bedroom walls are dirty, the bedside tables were covered with lino held down by rusting nails, the balcony was shared with other rooms and overlooked a disgusting courtyard with smelt revolting. There were bags of garbage left on the balcony. The TV had no remote. The beds had terribly uncomfortable mattresses and only one pillow. There was no way to lock the door from the inside. Just awful.

I have never been in such a dirty and profit-oriented place in my life. Dirty, loud and very uncomfortable. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It's a shame that such a woman even has Booking.com recommendations. I have never been in such a dirty and profit-oriented place in my life. Dirty, loud and very uncomfortable. Good location, good bed and fridge. Small room with one chair and very small bathroom. Noisy at times during the day.

Roof over our head No keys, had to move rooms, mediocre area, bad facilities and overall seemed unprofessional as if they maybe hadn’t had the business for very long

The host was very nice and helped me with indications of where to go among other things. She was very attentive to all the details. If I come to Rome I will repeat for sure

Good location, close to Termini, and is really close to Coliseum, around 20 minutes walking, the place is clean, is really comfortable, and the attention is good, but the owner doesn’t speak a good English so comunication can be a bit hard When we were on our second day, we were in the room and someone tried to open our door

They never offer They Don't have AC, they have bed bugs, noise, I didn't sleep for 5 nights, no hot water. This was my worst nightmare, never again, not even for free, also you go to the main adress and is not there, a lady take you walking in horrible heat to the other place

Everything but the initial checkin process was great. The room was very well cleaned. Location is amazing too as it’s just walking distance from major attractions. The initial checkin process was confusing and took us a lot of time. I would recommend to have thd checkin directly with the lady who spoke english.

Very clean, plenty of space, little Mini fridge so we could come back to ice cold Drinks in the afternoon. The door to get into the apartment was so awkward.

Superb

The room temperature and the bed were comfortable in spite of the fact that it was very hot outside and the room had no air conditioning. Open windows and the ceiling fans were very helpful. I wish the bathroom had hot water.

The hosts delivery was nice and friendly Firstly, I booked a room with a large double bed I arrived and was moved to a different site across the road from where I was told I was staying. I opened the room and there were 2 single beds that there was no space to push together therefore had the only option to stay in one of the single bed. The bed given only had a bed sheet covering the single bed mattress and had no duvet to sleep under. The private bathroom was so small that I could not even sit on the toilet without smashing my leg against the basin of the sink, which felt extremely claustrophobic. Having complained that this is not acceptable considering I am a 6ft 4 man and I purely choose this property for a double bed with the host, after 2 days she finally agreed to move me to a room with a double bed. Which was two single beds pushed together in a bigger room, with one single bed higher than the other so that I couldn't sleep properly on it. This helped but the problems continued. All 4 nights I struggled to get hot water in both rooms bathrooms having to ring/whatsapp the host to sort it every time I needed a shower. With responses and actions from her becoming increasingly slow as the stay went on, so I had to resort to having freezing cold showers. This would be resolved but in the process of her sorting the issue with the hot water, she would trample dirt through my room which was never cleaned or tidied. The new room i was given had a broken shutter meaning that no natural light entered the property which only continued to make me feel even more claustrophobic and meant that I couldn't spend any time in the room other than the essential to sleep. There was no storage to put my clothes or bag anywhere. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience and didn't have the bare minimum to enjoy my stay therefore require an immediate refund from booking.com. I have photos and videos to support this as evidence.
