It was a very pretty room, the staff was amazing, and the location was great. The room is small but typical of most places here wefound.

Location

We chose the upgraded room and appreciated the comfortable king-size bed and the bottle of champagne that was in our room. The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring the historical sites in Rome on foot. Although the hotel is in the heart of the action, it was quiet (a priority for me, a light sleeper.) The staff was responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. We bought tickets for the Green Line hop on/off bus because they were supposed to be cheaper than the Red line. The buses were so packed with people they didn't even stop at the bus stop we were at. There was no que so people were pushing and shoving to get to onto the bus. In spite of buying the ticket for unlimited on/offs, we used it for only 1 short ride. So we paid for the most expensive ticket and got very little value from it. We ended up walking to a couple of sites and then walking all the way back to the hotel. I do not recommend the Green line on/off ticket.

They were amazing I will definitely be coming back here!! Valerio was an amazing employee and that helped us with everything as soon as we arrived he rushed outside to grab our luggage and helped immediately and was so nice and recommended us the best places to see and eat ! The hotel was nice and clean the breakfast was amazing my boyfriend and I really enjoyed it we miss it !! Also so close to the Colosseo and bus stops everything is walkable !! That we stayed so little we should’ve stayed more nights ☹️

Excellent location close to the Colosseum and Metro station. Lots of restaurants nearby so eating was easy. Shower was either freezing cold or scalding hot. Very difficult to get the right temperature.

Wonderful stay in a great location!

There is nothing to dislike about this property. However, the management team left me waiting outside for approximately 90 minutes.

Accomodation in a perfect location of Rome, nearby to the historic center. Hotel has a nice perfume, daily cleaning, nice rooms. The only disappointing thing was that breakfast wasn't at the terrace of hotel but at the next door restaurant Clementi. Average breakfast, nothing special, but the worst was the breakfast room. Not cosy, cold and so cleaned. Due to breakfast the hotel decreases its quality.

The room was as expected, an older property, but comfortable and clean, the staff were excellent, and the location was excellent. Breakfast was in a restaurant next door, for an additional charge there was a limited "buffet" with hot and cold options. Breakfast was adequate. The shower could do with an update, there was an issue with the shower head and the handheld, the water only came out of the wand, with very little room in the shower stall, it was a little difficult to have a good shower. In saying that it's Rome an old City and you have to expect this. I've stayed in 3 different hotels in Rome and this is the pick of them, I would stay here again.
