Rey clean, a/c was great to have in hot summer heat wave. Also breakfast area was great with all needed amenities for the morning. It was a little strange you needed to lock the bathroom from the inside with your key. It would be better to have a normal door knob that can lock from the inside without a key.

No slippers. There was no towel rack in the bathroom.

Excellent small apartment with 3 rooms and communal kitchen. Close to Rome Tuscalona station and Metro. Some reasonable food close by. Clean tidy nice breakfast. Easy to find. Wi-Fi didn’t work. Otherwise perfect.

Apartman is ok ,nothing special ,but for that ptice ok. Breskfast was good, and owner gave US to leave bags last day. it is terrible that in the 21st century, when tourism is so widespread throughout Italy, caterers do not know English and absolutely cannot communicate with guests. Enzo insisted on communicating live in Italian, which is irrelevant and 90% of the citizens of Europe and the world do not know it, so communicating with him live was impossible. I advise you to learn the basics of the ENGLISH language, which is the official language for communication all over the world, because otherwise the grade for Italians will always be very low.

Everything you need for your stay in Rome. A comfortable bed, lovely breakfast and spacious bathroom.

I suppose the room is fine for the amount of money it costs, as everything is very expensive in Rome. The breakfast was included and was actually pretty good and varied. The room and separate bathroom were clean and the host brought us the things we asked for. The rooms are in a semi subterranean space, there is very little space and light. The bathroom isn't properly ventilated so you can imagine its condition. As for the things that can be changed, there are no hooks in the bathroom for the towels. And the kitchen was a shock. There is no microwave to heat any food and no utensils at all! Not a single pan, nothing. Just breakfast things. In the end we managed to heat our food on the oven tray.

Disappointing

Everthying was perfect.

We loved everything. Metro station was close, there were lots of breakfast options, the room was very clean and comfortable. Towels were changed after 2 days, so that's a big bonus. Enzo was really helpful and kind. The suite is just like in the pictures. Everything was perfect.

Location is not that great. The rooms are in the underground. One apartment into 3 rooms for 3 different guests. Breakfast was okay. Rooms would have been bigger. I didn't like sharing on the apartment.

It was very Clean and Organized place !…. The Breakfast should be improved for sure !

Clean room, fridge always prepared for new guests (cold drinks,..), good breakfast Even though there is kitchen, there was no pan and pot to cook something. The walls are quite thin so we always heard when some other guest arrived (especially in night)
