Breakfast could have been better. Also, the size of the room for a 4 person family is insufficient.

location, room cozy and with a view. a very helpful and friendly man took care of the apartment. called us when requesting a taxi. the soundproofing and the bed could have been better.

Very good

The location was good. The room itself was pleasant, and the bed was made every day. No communication with the owner, only per whatsapp (it is as if he was avoiding us). Our supposedly private external bathroom was being used from the owner or the cleaning staff (NOT to be cleaned and without our knowledge). Two times there was no water in the bathroom, and we were not informed that it could happen. Also, the bathroom was not very clean and was very old. The room has very old windows, so it is extremely loud from the street. The breakfast was a joke, we got one bowl for the cereal, no plates. Also, one night at 11 PM an older woman (neighbor) was ringing the bell from the apartment constantly. When we eventually opened the door, because we thought the building was on fire, the woman told us that we should close the door from the elevator and that "we left it open". We always closed the door from the elevator, we spent one week at the property, spent almos a 1000 euros and for that price there are some standards that should be fulfilled. Better avoid.

The neighborhood was terrible with broken bottles of beer. We could not find it because this is not a hotel but it is in an old place with an even older elevator in the seventh floor.This is an old apartment with three rooms and the manager told us that there is a private bathroom when it was outside in the common area. Who can go in the middle of the night or for a shower when everyone passes outside? His answer was that it is private because it has a key that locks. Who can tell us that no one else has one ? I asked about the breakfast and he told us that he brings it in the room. I saw it was a tray with juices and two small croissants etc. We told him that we cannot stay due to lack of privacy. They kept all of the money and when booking.com told us to contact them for a solution they never answered despite several emails. They destroyed our stay in Rome on our first day and we had to leave and search for another hotel at last minute.

It was a really great, quiet place. The room was always clean, and you had your own appliances for a comfortable stay. The metro and bus stations were easily accessible from there, making it a perfect location. The breakfast was exactly what you needed to start your morning. And don't get me started on the view! It was on the 7th floor, and the view exceeded my expectations. I spent my mornings on the little terrace while drinking my coffee. 10 out of 10. It is a perfect place if you visit Rome. Thank you for making our stay wonderful!

Superb

The room has a great location , its very close to the Re di roma Metro station which makes it easy to explore the city.The room eachself was great. It was very light and very importantly clean. Amadeo was a great host and very helpful making our stay most comfortable There was some traffic noise despite the room being on the seventh floor but nothing too bad and the wifi connection wasn't very fast ,at least in the room we were staying but the great time we spent there sure made up for both!

Everything was amazing! Only a 20 minute walk to the Colosseum. ☺️

location I didn't like the breakfast, which was just a kettle left in the room where you could make coffee and a muffin. I think it could have been just a snack, but I wouldn't call it breakfast. Also, they couldn't give an invoice to the company, just a receipt, which doesn't suit our accountant. The payment was made in cash, as we were asked to enter our card details on the receptionist's phone.

amazing location ! very close to the metro station and good restaurant. Plus easy to go from and to the airpot with FL1 train. Very good communication with the host which was discret and available very noisy during the day and the night. You can hear the car in the street. Bring earplugs and evrything will be fine. Also bathroom wasn't in the room. It was ok but we though it would be inside. A litlle bit disappointed with the breakfast.

Very well located, the colosseum is reachable on foot and metro line A is right around the corner. The staff was very nice and accommodating, communication was excellent. The room is exactly as described. Definitely recommended!

The location is a bit further from the city center and the cleanliness of the room could be a little improved. But overall good value for money.

It was clean and had a good view to the city, safe neighborhood, host was really welcoming and nice.

The location was good, just in a few meters from Metro Station. The size of the room and the view over basilica were great. The breakfast was bad, with just sweet cheap things on the menu. The breakfast was served in the room and just coffee was ok, everything else were not worth trying. The room was never cleaned properly. The size of the bathroom was too small. It was impossible to move in the shower cabin.

Room is neat and well equipped. Serviced daily. A beautiful accommodation for those couples touring.
