Reception was exceptional and went above and beyond to assist with any questions we had about the city and also informed us of current events that would affect our travel. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were very clean with comfortable beds.

It was clean, well kept, modern, and the staff was awesome! Could use a better pedestrian accessibility from the road. Has good handicap access but it’s located on a busy street and the sidewalk is blocked. But it wasn’t to bad, I’m reaching here.

Several scam attempts via whatsapp. First time this happened with me using booking.com. Informed reception, but they did not cared much.

The breakfast was amazing with plenty of sweet and savoury options to choose from (eg. hard boiled eggs, omelette, cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce, baked beans, pancetta, yoghurt, cakes and pancakes...). Elevator!! Mini bar in the room and window! Not so difficult area to find free parking on the street. Only a 5min walk away from the metro station. Area away from the hustle and bustle of tourists!! Staff amazingly kind and helpful. I would surely stay here again!

Near metro station The hotel advertises that it has parking, but in reality, there’s space for only three cars — and they only allow the owner’s and so-called “honor members’” vehicles to park there. Totally misleading information. The rooms were also very small, and the reception staff were unhelpful and made no effort to assist. Overall, a very disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

Rooms were quite small and old

This was a great location near the train station and the metro. Out of the main area so it was quiet and lovely. Loved the hospitality and willingness to show us where to go with maps and good advice. Such a welcoming place! The bathroom has little privacy, unworried about showers but it did feel revealing to be in the restroom, with glass.

Very clean and expensive bed sheets. (They changed the sheets even after the baby dropped a small piece of chocolate on the bed) The dinning area for the breakfast was lovely. The terrace also. The cinemusic design of the hotel. :) The outside jacuzzi was not opened in October even if it was a lovely weekend

The personnel were friendly and cooperative. We had been pickpocketed and had an appointment at the Canadian Embassy which lasted longer than expected. The staff was empathetic and did not charge us extra for checking out late. I could smell diesel fumes from the gas station across the street. It made me feel sick

Clean. Friendly staff. I think the AC was controlled because it didn’t work certain times of the day and it wouldn’t go beyond a certain number so it was either super cold or hot.

Very kind and helpful staff both at the reception desk and breakfast dining facility. Provide hand/body lotion in bathroom. Shower and hand wash were very good.

Is clean and the staff is nice Not close to the attractions and the rooms are very small, breakfast never changes. It’s an OK breakfast but they never change the menu, rooms are very small, the AC doesn’t get the room cool enough, no iron.

Convenient for transport. Disappointed that the jacuzzi wasn't open yet.

The hotel seems modern and may be newly constructed but even though it was new, room had bad smell. I called the receptionist and he said, he will recirculate the air. But for two days that we stayed, room, bathroom every thing had a smell like it had been closed for many days.

Super friendly and helpful staff, close to the metro with easy access to the city center. My room also had a great outdoors area. And also on the 3rd floor there was a great terrace connected to the breakfast room which was super relaxed and comfortable to sit. Absolute great value for money!
