Property looked like the pictures and was a good value for the cost. Liked that they had coffee/tea in the general area. The restroom smelled strongly of sewage and moisture, especially when the upstairs neighbors would flush their toilets. The shower head also seemed to be malfunctioning with very poor water pressure.

Nice big room, everything is super clean, Gloria is nice and helpful. Everything is near apartment so you can goon foot or with public transport

I chose this place because it is both close to the metro and to the train station, so that we can get to the airport very easily in the next morning. The host is really hospitable.

The owner was really friendly and really helpful! Despite the new year's eve, he stayed for us to scheck in, due to our flight delay. We are gratefull, GL! Some things need to be fixed

The room was spacious as shown in the picture. The staff was helpful and answered our queries. We couldn't locate the property at the first glance, however the lady helped us later. Free restricted check in time was stressful. FCO Rome airport is 45 mins away.

Great spot in a nice area. Room was clean and had all the necessary things. Really enjoyed the location, easy access to bus or metro or even by foot to the center. A bit noisy, bring your earplugs.

I didnt like much. This place although I feel guilty since I am Catholic for doing it, needs to brought down to the level it is at. This is NOT a 5 star hotel. This is a 2 star hotel and its gross and disgusting. Its not clean at all. Its the opposite of clean. The staff was nice, this does not deserve a good rating online. This is a gross place. and its a 2 star hotel. Everything I wrote above. Dirty place. Disgusting.

Everything is good. Local near red mi (8 minute walk) metro and good region. Quiet place Without kitchen?

Communication was good, fairly easy to find, it was good location. Easy to walk to points of interest and public transport options. The common room was also handy. Only a kettle and coffee machine in the common room. No microwave or any other way of preparing food. No English options on the TV which was also not intuitive to operate. The shower could do with a little maintenance.

We've found amazing food close to the property. The location is well-connected to everything by train or bus; even the airport train line and the train line to the seaside are just 300 meters away. The amount of warm water in the shower could be improved.

Lovely place, near the Metro station, unbelievably clean and organized, definitely the place I must choose if I go back one day.
