Nothing. It’s an ok budget option to crash for the night if you need to use the Tuscolana train station. Do not recommend it for longer stays. Nobody cares for this place, and it’s falling apart. Be sure to bring earplugs as it’s impossible to sleep at night because of the traffic noise coming from the street.

-Aircon works but you gotta pull the cover down to reveal the buttons for modes and stuff. -It is right opposite to Tuscolana, in just a minute. -You are accross the road grom carpark entrance in fromt. (from which you can ho to Tiburtina, Termini, Trastevere, Ostiense or even the airport in some cases). (However, you can't really come back from Trastevere or Ostiense at night due to train directions.) -The area is actually decently safe, thougj very local. Along your way from the metro station there are several restaurants that are open even at 11pm. -The host is very helpful and gives detailed instructions. However, you should contact them on whatsapp to be safe, and where they may respond more readily anf rapifly. -Shower is a bit difficult to set to lukewarm, but it isn't the boiling hot that some claim -The area doesn't really have much to eat or do. -Check in's quite an annoying and arduous proccess for reasons beyond anyone's control -Ground floor, so there can be hella mosquitoes if the previous person didn't close the windows (anf you can't use the windows to lower room tepersture before sleep) -I'm not sure if the kitchen trash bin and the room fridges are cleaned. I considered throwing the former our, but didn't because I believe the owner probably has it accounted for, and would not appreciate me messing with those plans. -In case you forget the passcode and have your pjone inside you're done for

The host is very friendly and helpful, allowed us to leave our luggage before check in, and on the last day after the check out and pick them up later. The place is in a very good location, in front of a bus stop, train station, and supermarket. It was clean, had an air conditioner which is very important in hot summer days. There were no shampoo, just liquid hand soap, but that was no problem

location separate room tee and teepot in room check-in very good! very noisy in morning, very broken dushe no shampoo, no soap in the room; and a little soap in dushe on morning check-out not working - at 9 the cleaner come inside, but must be after 10, not big problem anyway

Great location outside of centre of Rome. 5 mins walk max from a metro line that takes you straight to the centre of town (Barberini, Spanish steps, Vatican etc etc). There is a 24hr supermarket across the street, as well as other supermarkets nearby. Main line station Tuscolana a few mins walk away. Ground floor so easy with bags. Secure way to leave bags after checkout. The host was communicative. This value for money is very very good. Pillows were clearly rather old and a bit chunky.

Location was good beacause of the public transport. Not as much clean as I like, but It was OK.

very nice apartment for short time, just smaller lamps would be nice inside the room, because there was only the main lamp and its too bright at night.

I had a bathroom attached to my own room Anyone could open the key boxes by pressing the “c” button, so anyone could have unlocked my room and walked right in. The fridge was leaking because it was turned all the way down. There was water coming out of the tile near the door. The shower ran out of hot water after 5 minutes.

1.self check-in instruction is so clear. 2.good location. 3.clean and well equipped. Hot water temperatures for shower isn't stable, the same way sometimes too hot, sometimes just warm water.

I used to live in this neighbourhood for years so I already knew that the location is excellent with train station across the road, metro down the street and a 24 hour supermarket across the road. The self check-in system was absolutely fine and the video explanation was very useful. The neighbourhood looks rough but it’s actually good and safe. I was in town for a wedding and on a very tight budget. Whilst it is certainly cheap for Rome in 2024 it wouldn’t merit even a cent more. My room was large with a kettle and fridge but you can see the place is being left to rot. I had low expectations based on all the other reviews I’d read but like I said I needed somewhere cheap that wasn’t a hostel, but how much does a bottle of shower gel cost to leave in the bathroom? It’s passable for a night or 2 if you’re on a very tight budget like I was.

I really enjoyed my stay in the apartment. The location was very good, I was traveling alone and I felt very safe in there. My stay was not during the high season so I didn't mind shared bathroom. The owner is the sweetest, very welcoming and nice The bed was a little squeaky and the windows were very thin so I could hear everything happening on the street. It wasn't a big problem for me but if someone has a light sleep it could be a little problematic.
