Perfect location. Close to the Metro station with lots of markets nearby where the locals shop. Nothing.

I would ask for more specific directions from the train station. It took me over 30 min with multiple questions to find location. You need a better map online to direct newcomers. Thanks.

Room, breakfast

The staff was wonderful, friendly and accommodating The area of town is a bit dirty with graffiti on every building
-
Excellent staff, fine breakfast, and very well maintained.

Bed was not a king, and maybe I knew that when I booked the room but I honestly can't remember, so I definitely felt the smaller size bed after traveling for a week in Italy and then this was our last night in a hotel. So as long as you know what size bed you are getting, everything else about the place is comfortable.
-
Friendliness of staff, convenient location to the train station, offer of croissants since we left before breakfast was served nothing
-
Friendliness and close proximity to the train station Nothing

The location is 7 minutes from Termini and it is on the same metro line with some of Rome's most important landmarks. The staff is very friendly, amazing and the rooms were always clean and during the warm days, they turned the AC on for you. Noise can be heard from other rooms, the bed was making strange noises when moving in it. Lack of amenities such as iron and ironing table, had to wear the clothes as I pulled them out from the luggage, not fun. Breakfast can be improved, it contains way too many sweets and paistries, most of Rome's visitors are not Italians, so we do not enjoy croissants filled with chocolate cream at 7:30 am.

Everything !

Friendly helpful staff. Access to very good restaurants near the hotel, with the local knowledge if the hotel reasonably priced with good choices on the menus. Location was outside the centre however commutable by tube and the cost was reasonable to get to main attractions.

Everything, helpfulness and friendliness of the staff--very important since I am handicapped..
-
Very clean & staff was very pleasant & helpful. The rooms were far to small. At least there should be a place for 2 pieces of luggage.
-
Location was great for our purposes. Staff was excellent; friendly and helpful. .

We could really get relaxed in that hotel. There were: 1. Polite staff 2. Tasty breakfasts (with really good coffee) 3. Very clean everywhere. Room is get cleaned every day 4. Metro station is 5 mins by feet. Perhaps the price is a little bit higher than expected
-
Quite a way out of the city although only 10-15 minutes on the metro. No lift which is an issue with heavy cases. Small rooms and ours was quite dark
-
stuff was very friendly breakfast was good hotel is very close to metro station and to a bus stop that is very convenient for the city center tuscolana area is quiet and has a lot of restaurants and pizzerias rome is expensive in general so the room was a bit expensive also

The hotel has helpful staff and communication was easy. Generally, the hotel provides everything you can expect from a standard hotel (except an iron). Comfortable bed. For what it is, it is overpriced. Breakfast was OK, but nothing spectacular. Slightly outdated interior. The neighborhood may not be the most exciting, but walking distance to tourist areas and restaurants.

Staff were exceptional, very friendly and available. Breakfast was very good. Close to train station and metro. It doesn’t have a lift, so you’ll have to carry your luggage upstairs.
-
Personnel were very helpful and kind. The shower was broken and the safe couldn’t open. Hotel is quite far from city centre however it is close to metro station. There is not much to do in the neighbourhood.
