Metro station only a block away. Staff were very helpful for information. Further away from center of city, but was very quiet. Lots of places to eat. Grocery store nearby.

This is a great hotel, very close to a metro station, clean and a big room for a family of 4.

The aircon was superb, especially since we visited during the heatwave. Staff were so helpful and friendly. They even allowed us to check in a bit earlier which was so nice since we travelled the entire day. The rooms are beautiful, modern and spacious. Breakfast was very good. 24 hour bar, and reception service in the Hotel is a serious bonus. Location is close to Metro and many shops. We only had to take one short train trip to get to the Colosseum. This hotel is excellent value for money. Not that if effected us too much, but new puffy pillows and a big comfy duvet would really round things off perfectly.

Arrived early, hours before check-in time, expecting to leave the luggage, but got the room right away. Friendly and serviceminded staff. Good breakfast. Just a couple of minutes from the metro. Resturants and shops just a few minutes walk.

The rooms were freshly maintained and very comfortable. The breakfast room and the bar were well organized and comfortable (they even posted likely crowd levels for breakfast hours!) The bar was a nice amenity , would be nice to offer small snacks during aperitivo time. Both Ida & Francesco at the front desk were lovely and helpful. The only downside was that the sink/shower water was dark with rust in the morning- it resolved quickly and then the water was clear.

Clean, good staff. It was really close to Re Di Roma station. Little pricey.

If you're a light sleeper; this hotel could be an issue for you. The sound insulation was not very good. The shower in the room above us was so loud. It's as if the person was showering in our room. So if your neighbours have any early start; you might be having an early start too. the property met all other expectations apart from the noise. I wasn't able to rest as well as i could because the shower noises, door and corridor sounds were so loud. When neighbours were unlocking their doors i had to check if they were trying to open our door.

4 stops away from Rome Central Train station. Lovely staff. Super clean. Practical

Staff very friendly

Staff were good and supportive...AC and water supply in the room was good...flexibility in offering early breakfast was a nice gesture...breakfast spread though limited owing to less space was nice and enough to begin the day..location of the hotel is good close to metro station. Overall hotel upkeep , lobby to rooms, need upgradation...hotel is dark and dingy , wall need brighter paints...reception and lobby wait area is warm with no AC effect and had an unpleasant smell.....no signage outside the building takes it very tough to locate the hotel for a first time tourist guest. Managers/Ownder shoyld be more communicative and meet guests to ake direct feedback..they look thought he guests and pass by.

The breakfast was amazing

The breakfast could have been better... but not bad.. and the location is not at the center of rome so we had to pay for transportation fees everytime we moved..
-
Location close to train station and not in a busy tourist spot. Quadruple room had ample space with 1 queen and 2 twin beds. The staff was excellent and also allowed us early checkin free and also opened the breakfast early on our departure day.

Location, great breakfast
-
location was near to a metro station (about 2 min. walk) breakfast did not have a huge variety but was fine room was very big and clean (with daily change of towels) There was an issue with the noise level (i guess thin walls), we could hear all noises from the bathroom of the adjustent rooms

Although the hotel is a bit far from historic center (25-30 minutes walking) Re Di Roma metro station is just 4-5 minutes away, so very convenient to get to almost all locations. The room was very clean and the bed comfy. The staff was very polite and always ready to help. Breakfast was pretty decent. Would I come back to stay here? Absolutely! Nothing

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean and enough amenities for our family. Perfectly located, close to a metro stop
-
large variety of tasty meals for breakfast. very kind staff, they stored our luggage on the day of check-out. location is nice as it is close to metro station and on quite street. you can arrive from Ciampino airport by bus/metro under 1 hour. nice Italian restaurant on the same street. bathtub was a bit old and damaged. rooms are little bit small. balcony has view only to courtyard and we heard noises from neighbors because I think corner rooms share walls with residential flats.

The room is a little bit dim. The location is good, but not the closest one, but it was not a problem for me.

Breakfast was perfectly satisfactory, with options to suit everyone. What was also exceptional was that the hotel and its staff kindly offered us breakfast on our last day, even though we were checking out at 6 a.m., while breakfast service officially starts at 7 a.m. It was truly a very thoughtful gesture. The only thing that could be slightly improved is the Wi-Fi, although I noticed that mobile internet seems to be an issue throughout Rome. However, this in no way diminishes the overall value of the stay, as for the price range, the hotel definitely exceeds what one would normally expect.
