The breakfast options were great and they were quite extensive for an Italian breakfast! Very easy process of leaving the note 4 what you would like to eat and the time that you would like it delivered period you had a window to do so and meet things very efficient. I think the most difficult thing was the location and I did not have a choice because I went on Business. It is on the outskirts of the city comma something I'm very used to working in various sections of Philadelphia and the outlying suburbs. Nice enough residential zone, but you will have to take the train into the center of the City.

Breakfast was very nice, but if you plan to visit central Rome as early as possible to avoid crowds, breakfast is too late, starting at 8:00 am. The room was clean, the shower and TV unit were good, and the balcony was beautiful. Dogs made noise sometimes at night, and some other guests at the flat were loud in the morning. It is not unbearable but just uncomfortable. It took 1 hour to get to the city centre, the bus stop was close. The kitchen has a microwave and fridge but a kettle would also be nice. Also, our towels did not change when we asked for housekeeping. This could be an issue for longer stays.

Cleaning staff were nice, decent breakfast choose what you want & eat in the room 2nd cleaning lady was very helpful & friendly Supermarkets nearby, one is open till 12am. Express bus to Piazza Venezia. Check in person was quite rough, not very helpful, gave limited information. Didnt take time to explain keys, doors, gate, or anything. After check in, the check in person didn't respond.

Location, the maid Bathroom was outside the room and the shower door was broken so I couldn’t shower . No window and it was super hot .

good price and service, good neighbourhood location is far by public transport, poor sound isolation (woken up by various sounds everyday), facilities are old, breakfast is sufficient but not tasty
