Location was near a metro which was good and restaurants The AC sucked. Never got cold. No elevator. All steps. Around 40 to get to the 200s room numbers. Sheets had stains. The patio was a joke. No view. Pillows were as flat as a plate.

The staff is kind. Room is not ready when we checkin, she helps to move our bags to the room later on. No elevator, not curtain in bathroom! Close to the road, noise at night.

It was in a very convenient location and the staff were super friendly. The shower was really small, but everything else was comfortable.

Super comfortable bed. Excellent location. Loved that ours had its own porch. Thankful for the In room coffee maker. Breakfast included was amazing at the cafe next door!!! Wish we could have stayed longer. That’s all.

Cozy little boutique. The hotel met our expectations in a very central location.. we arrived after the front desk was closed, but we’re left clear instructions through WhatsApp, and the staff was extremely organized. Would recommend.

Loved the style/decor of the room and location. Elevator wasn’t working; very difficult getting luggage upstairs. Please note that this elevator has not worked for years per previous reviews. Room was VERY small; really only good for 1 person. Hallways (walls and carpet) are in badly in need of repair/upgrading.

It has a fun boutique feel about it right in the heart of things. Walkable and close to sites. Front desk very helpful. Lots of stairs to get to first floor. But not bad or a deal breaker.

It is a quaint boutique experience. Lovely art work and the space looks just like the pictures shown. Front desk was very helpful. It is walkable to attractions like Trevi Fountain but not next door. Lots of good restaurants near. The are quite a few stairs to get into the building reception area. If we were staying multiple days, it may have been tight to stay here. Friendly staff though and accommodating.

Cleanliness despite there was a huge spider web in the roof. The bed was confortable and the sheets pleasing No light in the bedroom and too expensive

Good location, 30 minute walk to the Colosseum and the Vatican City, 10 minute walk to Trevi Fountain. Centrally located to shopping and other tourists spots. Great size room, very spacious. Elevator wasn’t working and my husband had to lug our heavy suitcases up & down two flights of stairs. House keeping didn’t replenish toiletries, and had no Kleenex tissues. The step down platform from the bathroom to the bedroom was very dangerous.
