The apartment was good. The wifi is working on and off not good . Air condition must be changed.

EXCELLENT LOCATION! property our rooms were Newly renovated there was a construction and there were power outages but it returns quickly after few minutes.

Great location, clean facilities , very comfortable room, not too big, not too small, all the essentials were there Nothing it was so easy to get there and it was perfect, the value was great.

The property is centrally located, room remodeled and very safe. Also, Romantic service provided was very convenient and wife loved it. Also, Florencia was an outstanding host. There is still some construction, but it is well managed and not noisy!

Location - cleanliness The room I was assigned overlooked the back area of another building, which was not disclosed/ clear at the time of booking. In addition, there was ongoing renovation work in the building, resulting in significant noise throughout the day. On one occasion, members of the maintenance team carried out work directly outside my window without any prior notice, which was highly disruptive and inconvenient. Furthermore, the shower heater was only producing warm water rather than hot water, making it uncomfortable to use. Due to these issues, my stay was far from satisfactory, and I decided to leave one night earlier than planned. Unfortunately, I was not offered any refund for the unused night when i asked for and staff was not flexible with this issue

Friendliness of staff and location. No mirror in room; only bathroom

Location Communication is poor and staff is very creative to be polite. How they calculate the tourist tax is not correct (need to insist and check the rules and pay correctly).

In the room there was not any machine to make a coffee or tea. Also there was not daily refill of the shower shampoo and we had to buy.

Very nice small hotel in the perfect location to immerse yourself in Roman City Center life. You feel at the heart of the City, free to walk everywhere or just watch the crowds from your window. Wonderfull view of spectacular church. Comfortable bed, good furniture to accomodate needs. Good minibar & fridge. No bathroom Ventilation.

The location is great, windows are soundproof The apartment is worn out, especially bathroom. Shower cabin is full of mold, vanity mirror with cracks, broken lock on the bathroom door. Ventilation inside apartment is poor, have big concerns regarding freshness and cleanliness of bed linen.
