I don’t usually write reviews but this is not a hotel. This is in a residential apartment complex and they bought an apartment and rent the 3 rooms. I stayed here for 3 days and never saw a worker. There are no hosts to greet you or check you in. On booking.com they say that they have breakfast and they don’t. When I confronted them about it he said that I chose a room that didn’t offer breakfast. Then in a later message he said they don’t offer breakfast at all. My room didn’t come with blankets all we had was a top sheet. There are no toiletries besides 2 coin sized bars of soap. The dispensers in the shower were empty and there is no place to set your stuff down in the shower besides the floor. The AC is fine but not great. This place was 5/10. Not good but not horrible. Very odd that no one works here and everything is done by yourself. No one answered me on WhatsApp they only talked to me through booking.com. Close to Vatican City that’s the only plus.

Nice location- walking distance to Vatican City Funky check-in. Room was pretty small and the A/C was barely working. Took hours to get the room to a decent temperature. No onsite assistance.
-
Communication was very poor,no blanket on my bed . Noone was there for me to check in . I will never reserve that place again .
-
The staff doesn’t appear, communication over the phone is complicated since they don’t speak English
-
The bed, view, comfort, and amenities A bit difficult to figure out check in after hours as nobody is on site but we eventually figured out the document instructions.
-
Proximity to the Vatican, responsiveness of the staff. The first key they gave me snapped apart in the building front door on my first night there. Also the coffeemaker in my room did not work and the iron had burn residue on it that rubbed off on my white shirt.

It was perfectly placed by the Vatican to walk around and see iconic locations. This was very close to restaurants, gift shops, and had a wonderful Italian feel. The private balcony looked onto the street below where people walked their dogs, so it was quiet with people around. Wonderful temperature control too! The room was small for three people and the beds were stiff.

Nothing was to like about. 1- when I reserved the place, it mentioned breakfast included but when we got there, we realized it was not included. The owner was deceiving from the beginning. 2- I booked the room for 3 people but nothing was to accommodate 3 people, except the bed. 3. The beds had no blankets! 4- bathroom had no place to hang towels and no place to put the shampoo and soap, etc. it was very difficult to manage washing ourselves. Very poor set up in bathroom. 5. Not enough towels and paper towels for 3 people. No cleaning or providing fresh towels for two days.

Beautiful room, clean. And not too far from the Vatican entrance It was up 2 flights of stairs, no elevator. The room was cold, no rugs. There was construction going on during the day when we got there, when I contacted them they said they would stop but, it was another 15 minutes and my husband was upset, cause we had traveled from Sorrento and were very tired plus, It was NewYears Eve and we wanted to rest before going to the Vatican. The last thing is the shower head was set up to face the door of the shower so if you are of average size, there just isn’t enough room, frustrating but not a deal breaker.

Easy access, super nice and clean. No parking.

The room was very big , clean. The walk was easier the taking the water bus . No need to get lost on the water bus . Almost 2 hours finding right stops. Use your phone map . But lots of stairs.

Too many stairs

Everything nice None

The room was clean and staff were nice The pictures make it seem the building has more privacy but in reality it’s just a tight room were you open the door and are right by the tiny check in/out desk as well as hear every conversation people are having outside the tiny check in room. They woke me up too because it was so loud.
-
Lots of steep, tiny steps to get to rooms. Confusing rules with regards to information requests and it was not clear nor appropriate to ask for tax payment to be made in cash only.

The location is so close to St Peter’s Basilica/Vatican city The balcony was wonderful Beds were comfortable Coffee machine in the room Glasses and bottle opener/corkscrew was perfect as well Would have been nice to have little milk pots to have with the coffee that is just personal preference though and didn’t spoil the stay
