The location, good and helpful staff, comfortable rooms, nice breakfast with a view. Overall the experience was great, but here are few notes: - noise coming from the air conditioner - limited breakfast options(you need to get early so everything is available)

The room was very clean!

No onsite customer support.

We had a great experience staying here. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made everything even more enjoyable. The place was clean and comfortable. Their breakfast is good with an amazing view. The location is excellent, 6 minutes away from fontana Di Trevi, many restaurants, so you have plenty of great options within walking distance. Wifi didn’t work, but they took a day to fix it.

The location is really amazing, walking distance to everywhere! Also our window was facing the inside yard, so it was very quiet during super busy period of Easter. The room is cosy and clean. The wifi signal is very weak and didn’t work for most of our stay (4th floor).

I booked this hotel last minute and loved it! It was easy to book, and to communicate with the staff. There’s an elevator after one flight of stairs, and a small supermarket directly across the street which was extremely convenient. The hotel is a short walk from the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. As a woman alone, the area felt safe to walk around at night. The street was very quiet overnight too. It was typically small Italian hotel room, but perfectly serviceable for my needs with comfortable bedding and fantastic water pressure in the shower. The only negative was the hotel’s WIFI was experiencing issues during my stay.

We stayed only for 1 night, and the WiFi didn’t work, but besides it was good

It was all good and the staff were just great...and the location was great The rooms were small but ok

This stay was amazing! They have ac as well which was a life saver in the August heat. The services were great as well and our room was cleaned thoroughly. The rooftop is beautiful and they provide cold water in the room (bottles) and refills on the terrace. There’s also an elevator which was amazing!~ loved it

I have stayed in Sonder hotels in many cities. Never disappointed. The only thing I didn’t like about this one is that the room were a little smaller than usual. However, they were very good and comfortable. Very happy ;)

We were in Europe for 2 weeks. Rome for 2 days, and this was my husband's favorite hotel. We did have a bit of an issue checking in as it wasn't clear if the hotel was going to be paid by the vender (hotels.com) because I used a Discover Card to pay online, so beware on that! They had a terrace with a coffee maker available all day and that was nice. Also the location was fantastic. It's within walking distance from two metro stops (Piazza di spagna and Barberini).

Room with to many furniture so little space to move around. Safe box was not working properly
-
Location is really good, right in the middle of everywhere you want to go in Rome. Multiple options for food and drinking as well as public transport.
-
The location is very central and close to everything! Nothing

The location is very good, near the Spanish Steps, Fontana Di Trevi and more! The staff is very nice and accommodating, they were also very responsive in the hotel’s app. I’ve made the booking almost half a year in advance, yet they put me in a room that’s in the very entry of the hotel, literally half a meter from the reception. You can hear everyone going into and out of the hotel, all of the conversations in the reception, etc. I don’t recommend this room ever for my worst enemies, it was tiny, badly planned where you can’t even open one suitcase and still be able to move across the room, let alone two suitcases. After a long talk with the receptionist, she said we need to stay the night there and tomorrow we will get a new room. The new room was way better, but the air conditioning was bad, just like in the first room, it’s like it’s barely working, we were sweating all night. The cleaning wasn’t the greatest, the sheets weren’t really clean there were obvious stains, the towels were as this as a paper and didn’t smell good. During our stay, the elevator stopped working (our room was on the 5th floor so you can imagine what it’s like to go up and down every time), the staff said it will be fixed in the morning. As we thought, not only it wasn’t fixed in the morning, the receptionist said: “we don’t know when it will be fixed”. We spent two days without an elevator, combining it with the non existent air conditioning- you see why I wouldn’t go back to this hotel, ever.
