The hotel staff were all professional and courteous. They coordinated transportation from the airport and to Civitaveccia. The location is perfect for walking access to all of the best food, history and shopping of the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I didn’t like having to leave.

Check-in and check-out were both smooth and easy, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout my stay. They even arranged a taxi for me on time, which made everything so convenient. A special thanks to Joy and Lester at the reception, as well as Sara and another lovely lady, for their kindness and professionalism. Also, the lady at the café during breakfast was very sweet and welcoming (I wish I remembered her name!). Overall, a truly pleasant experience — I highly recommend this hotel ? Well kept and very clean. Rooms immaculate. All areas of this boutique hotel are very well maintained. Highly recommend this location. Many restaurants right outside to choose. Great Food in every direction. Nothing. Front desk staff very helpful with everything. Even printing documents. No problem.

Room narrow...could not put feet on the floor, tv remote did not work further than 2 feet from sensor- reported twice, sound proofing through front door and a family was staying next door

Excellent location!!! It’s Near everything!! 2 mins from the Spanish steps. 10 mins to Fontana de Trevi In the heart of Via del Corso and Via Condotti. 1 min walk from the taxis also. The hotel is super modern, super clean, the room is well decorated and the bathroom is just a delight. The staff were very welcoming and helpful in everything. The whole experience was super excellent. Good breakfast. Would recommend a wider selection at breakfast.

Rooms were high end finishes. Sound proof and great AC. Bathrooms were amazing. Lobby was very tasteful. Great location with great shopping and restaurants everywhere.. Very friendly staff. Will definitely stay here the next time we come. Nothing.
