Great location. The rooms are a nice size. Stefanie at that the front desk was wonderful and helped with arranging private transfers (I had a last minute change for my departure to the airport and she was able to make it happen).

Staff

First of all, I really love the location of this place. It's a bit off the beaten path, but very close to it, and it's lovely right by the Tiber. The upper level of rooms is really beautiful, and we LOVED the room we ended up for the final two days (see note below, and advise to ask for rooms that start with 2). The room was spacious, glowed with light, very clean. The staff was AMAZING. Any challenges, they showed up for 150%. The rooms do require a couple of flights of steps to get to the elevator, but any time of day or night, for our entry and exit with suitcases, someone showed up super punctually; and the staff was completely available by WhatsApp for any concerns. Overall, this was just an incredibly hospitable and happy stay, and we would absolutely stay here again. I would like to note that we were first put in Room 101, which was very lightless. There's a description saying these rooms open onto a courtyard. I'd want people to be aware that these rooms that start with 1 open onto an upper level patio that is open to everyone (just lightly protected by a partition) and doesn't let in much light - plus curtains can't be kept open since anyone could theoretically walk up to your glass door (which is the only window). This is not a critique, but just to be sure people are aware. The hotel was very generous in moving us when they got a chance. ALSO: if you are a light sleeper with a partner, the beds tend to be a bit bouncy, i.e. one person moves, the other feels it. BUT I am that light sleeper, and this wasn't much of a problem for me.

Little charming hotel, very well located to visit Rome by walking. There was space in the room, it was clean and very beautiful. We loved the breakfast!

The room and facility were very clean and comfortable, great location! The climb to the 1st floor elevator, 23 steps. Also, the staff was very responsive to any concerns/issues, but after 3 pm, I had to contact them via WhatsApp.

The location is excellent, close to all Rome sightseeing and shopping area. The room was big and comfortable. Each floor has free coffee machine and water to fill your bottles The stuff were very nice and helpful. There are some stairs to reach the elevator The stuff were kind and helped us with the luggage and stroller.

The most convenient to major attractions. Nestled away on a quiet street but walkable from most every attraction except the colosseum. The perfect size room with a fabulous shower. Quiet and the staff was exceptional. The stairs are the only thing I would be aware of. It there is a nice but small elevator.

Excellent front desk help, great resource for site seeing. Appreciated how quiet the rooms were, comfortable beds, good bathroom/shower, excellent location to shops and tourist site, and good security. Only downside was the breakfast offered was on the higher side so chose to go without however plenty of cafes nearby.

We appreciated the location. Serious Safety Concern – Fall at Entry Door Dear Hotel Manager, I wanted to bring a serious safety concern to your attention following my recent stay at your hotel. We were staying on the check-in floor, where the entry door is typically open. I understand and appreciate that after 3 p.m., the door is locked for security. However, the design of that entrance poses a significant hazard. Once the door is unlocked and opened, there is a very sudden step up immediately inside — something that is easy to miss, especially when carrying shopping bags or luggage. Unfortunately, I experienced this firsthand. While entering after unlocking the door with my key, I missed the step and fell hard, hitting the check-in desk and badly injuring my eye. This happened on the first day of my trip and had a major impact on my stay — physically and emotionally. While I am grateful it wasn’t worse, the fall was serious and easily could have resulted in even more significant injuries. I strongly urge you to assess this entryway and consider improvements such as clearer signage, floor-level lighting, a warning strip, or even a small ramp to reduce the risk of future accidents. Thank you for taking this concern seriously. I hope this feedback helps improve the safety of your property for all guests.
