Vatican Relais Rome

Perfect location, walking distance to Vatican. I highly recommend the Vatican Relais Rome Suites. Rooms were great with balconies, very clean, great air conditioning, comfortable beds friendly staff.

The room was very nice and very clean too, looked brand new. The staff were amazing. They helped us from the beginning when we arrived to the last day with every request especially Vins , thank you so much , and the other ladies were very nice. Amazing location to go around walking in different places to visits and restaurants too.

The room was well-maintained. The staff were so accommodating and welcoming. Slippers in the room and little amenities were a nice touch. The location was perfect for visiting the Vatican and not too far from walking to Trevi fountain and the Pantheon. It was a bit difficult to find when dropped off by a taxi. It looks more like rooms in an apartment while I was looking for a lobby-style hotel. Once we found it though, it was wonderful.

The property is close to the Basilica, metro, mini stores, pharmacy and restaurants. We have fresh towels and clean room everyday especially after a long day outside. Thank you to all the Filipino Staff you have Luisa, they’re all so accommodating especially to Lily. All the best! The air conditioning wasn’t working well on first day and considering the extreme heat we had during our stay but they had addressed the issue promptly, even bought a portable air condition machine and put on a new fitted once after. For us that’s a great service.

Very clean and friendly

Clean and comfortable apartment in a quant area. We were only informed the city tax hadn’t been included with the price when we arrived.

The location is great! Very close to the Basilica of St Peter (5min walk). The staff particularly Jobelle and Lily are very helpful.

The hotel is very well located, just a few meters from the Vatican, and all major attractions in Rome are within walking distance. The facilities are beautiful, and the rooms are spotless—clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities and even a few extras. The staff was exceptionally kind and attentive; my compliments to them for their outstanding level of customer service. I highly recommend this hotel, and without a doubt, it will be our choice again when we return to Rome.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We booked a two bedroom suite for our family of four. There was plenty of room for everyone. The suite even included two bathrooms and a balcony overlooking the street. The rooms were very clean, beds comfortable and quiet for a good nights sleep. Staff accommodated an early check out and even brought breakfast to our room the night before so we had something to eat before we left. A very short walk to the Vatican and the Ottaviano Metro stop. I would recommend a stay. It was a little confusing on how to access the property upon arrival. A better explanation ahead of time would have been great, but a quick call to the property cleared up everything. We only needed to ring the bell and staff buzzed the door for entry.

Staff was friendly, attentive, polite, professional, breakfast was delicious with great coffee and juice, room cleaned every day with crisp linen, cozy with a balcony, safe, and steps from the Vatican We had a wonderful stay so no negative comments about the property

Very clean & cozy place, excellent location, walking distance to st. Peter basilica, restaurants are everywhere. The Staff are very accommodating, very friendly. Difinitely I will book the same on our next visit.

We liked the location the cleanliness of the room and the property. It was in walking distance to some really great restaurants and to the Vatican. It’s about a 40 min walk to the Trevi Fountain and 35 min to the Spanish steps. But the walk is beautiful. Did not expect the room to be as small. But it was very comfortable.

Very clean, modern rooms with a decent breakfast each morning, right in the heart of Rome. Located just blocks from Vatican City, we found our rooms to be comfortable and spacious, given their location in the expensive, busy city of Rome. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, allowing us to access our rooms early and holding our luggage for us on the day we left. The rooms aren't cheap, but Rome isn't either, and we found the location value to be very good. The breakfast could be a little more extensive, but we found it to be more than adequate and tasty. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed every bit of our stay in this excellent location at a very clean, modern hotel.

Location and the super staff. I would have appreciated more breakfast options. Boiled egg, oatmeal, more fruit, and meat options.

Receptionist was extremely helpful and polite. Mattresses on the beds were uncomfortable, and the bathroom smelled like mold, and after a shower the entire room smelled.
