Courtyard by Marriott Detroit Metropolitan Airport Romulus

I was delayed in Baltimore while my friend had already made it to Detroit. They allowed her to check in for us, so she wasn't stuck at the airport. The male shuttle drivers (Sam and another gentleman; I forgot his name) were amazing! I would stay here again.

Room was modern and very clean, all amenities were up to date. Shuttle was clean and on time, driver very helpful

I was surprised that at least there was not complementary coffee and rolls or sweets in the morning. I thought the price of a cup of coffee was two expensive for the guest.

Our reservation via Booking.com wasn’t honored!! They claimed they are full even though we held a confirmed reservation, wouldn’t send their shuttle to pick us up at the airport leaving us late at night without accommodation. Total disgrace, they should be removed from this platform

Liked that location was set back in an area not in line with other hotels. Of course you have to deal with the airport traffic noise at any of the hotels in the area. Clean, nice property. My only complaint is that they charge daily for parking and I don't remember seeing that on the website as part of the total cost. Find that to be ridiculous unless you are parking your car there because you are flying somewhere and want to avoid airport lots. Probably won't stay there again due to that. Other than that, a nice hotel.

Too many buds outside, hotel should spray so you won’t get attacked walking in or out!

Very conveniently located to the airport, plus airport shuttle services eliminated all concerns. The hotel had friendly, professional staff, clean spacious room, and relaxing, excellent layout lobby/lounge area.
