The rooms looked clean, but the howls were stained and the bathroom was surely only dry cleaned.

Clean

asked for replacement towels, we were given 1 and accused of putting the 2 in the refrigerator! When housekeeping came the next morning, they took all the towels and left 2 in its place! For 4 adults! There was NO breakfast as said in the reservation. Breakfast consisted of toast, cereal and coffee. No milk or juice - those machines were broken! Tiles were missing in the floor . The A/C unit and the bathroom fan made constant noise too. We will never stay there again.

Dining area tables weren’t wiped off when we came to eat. We wiped crumbs off & staff was at desk & watched us. Yogurt was not cold therefore refrigerator must have been on lowest setting. Toilet seat needs tightened If you turned on the seat, you slid!

Everything was great! Room was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

The location was great near highway and lots of shopping and attractions TV was difficult to operate with the two remotes could not change the channel

The staff is really friendly and helpful. I’d recommend bringing your own bedding .

Location was great. I was able to walk to many different restaurants and other stores

Love the location it is close to everything I needed to see The bathroom toilet seats were all taken off track. The air conditioner were leaking inside it the rooms and the floors were all of the floor.

Our room was weirdly humid. Floor stayed wet and sticky even overnight. Only two small lamps next to the beds for light. Tv didn’t work, no tv no apps nothing. They did come out eventually to help us fix it.

Very sub-par, noisy, dirty, safety violations in room.

Disappointing

B’fast needs upgrading. Also, bedding and pills were uncomfortable.

Good enough all around, nothing exceptional

The rate was very reasonable. We would stay there again.
