The hotel is a little dated, but clean. Very close to restaurants, shopping, Dutch Wonderland and the American Music Theater. Overall a good value if you’re looking for “no frills”. Unfortunately when I stayed, I felt like I was in the middle of the World Door Slamming Championship! People in the surrounding rooms were constantly slamming their doors extremely hard the whole time. The rooms definitely aren’t very well soundproofed and there was a lot of open space around/under the door.

The room was clean, I found a few hairs on the bedding, I guess that happens sometimes. The staff was nice and friendly. The free continental breakfast was maybe average. Some packages of bagels and a worn out toaster oven along with a few cereals. I gave up and went to Waffle House across the street.

The staff were very friendly. The rooms were older, but clean and comfortable. We had some loud guests move in but management addressed the issue. Breakfast was adequate for my family but smaller than expected. It was mostly coffee, juice, cold cereal, bagels, and bananas. One room did not have a fridge the other had a nice sized one so be sure to check descriptions. I would definitely stay there again especially given the price.

The room was clean and staff courteous. They were very accommodating when we asked to change our to the first floor.

We honestly liked just about everything about the property. It was a good location. You can tell the staff really cares about your experience and the integrity of the hotel. When we arrived the top lock on the door was broken and the manager on duty came immediately and installed a new lock on the door, all staff was great! They always made sure to greet us and they were all super friendly. There could have been a few more options for breakfast but all in all it was a great experience!

THE LOCATION IS CLOSE TO THE EVERYTHING WE WENT TO. LOCATED CLOSE TO THE OUTLETS AND RESTAURANTS. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND WHAT WE NEEDED FOR JUST A OVERNIGHT STAY. OWNERS WERE VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY. THE BED WAS UNCOMFORTABLE THOUGH I'M NOT GOING TO COMPLAIN FOR AN OVERNIGHT STAY. THE ROOMS BESIDE US AND ACROSS FROM US WERE VERY LOUD AND NOISY. THEY HAD KIDS PLAYING AND RUNNING IN THE HALLWAY LATE INTO THE NIGHT. WHEN YOU CAME OUT OF YOUR ROOM, THEY HAD THEIR DOORS ALL PROPPED OPEN, STANDING THERE TALKING BACK AND FORTH TO EACH OTHER. I KNOW THIS WASNT OWNERS FAULT. PEOPLE NEED TO THINK ABOUT OTHERS.

Breakfast is only bagels and cereal nothing else, apart from coffee and juice. Not recommended if you’re going with your family, specially if you have kids. The location was perfect and that was the main reason. And room very clean Need to include a few more items for the continental breakfast
