Sleep Inn & Suites Ronks - Lancaster Area

I will never stay at the Ronks Sleep Inn and would not recommend it to anyone

Everything was very good. The room and hallway had a little oder to it. The breakfast was enough to fill me.

Oder was in the elevator, halls and room. First night tv did not work. Someone hung a car air freshener in the elevator to deal with the Oder. Children in the room next door were not supervised. Kept making noise late into the night

I would stay there again. Safe, clean and accommodating. Staff was very helpful, professional and made you feel comfortable and welcomed

Easy access to traffic. Breakfast was delicious, convenient beverages 24/7 was a pluss.

The property was just okay, the beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean but the rooms need some fixing and so does the lobby. The breakfast included was nice! They had sausages, waffles, eggs, toast, bagels and other yummy options. The carpets were not clean though, I don’t expect them to be perfect but I had to throw away the socks we wore because of how gross they were after walking on the carpet. The staff was friendly but we really only spoke with the gentleman at the front desk. The parking was close and it was central to go to lots of attractions.

The dtaff was helpful. However the rooms were a bit dirty. The pillow cases with stains on them, like they weren't washed along with the light white sheet over the bed, stained dirty. The bathroom, behind the door when closed, had a piece if chicken bone all dry. (Uts still there didn't even pick it up to throw it out. Breakfast was okay, they didn't clean in between but they were on top with anything missing to eat. I think we overplayed especially fir just staying in Lancaster. But if you are going just to sleep. It's OK. I know I'm asking for too much out if a sleep inn. But ehh. Could've done a little better. Ps: I didn't go to the pool, but we did walk by, looked okay.

Room smelled. Carpet was the source of the odor. Need new carpet. Won’t stay there again

Hotel was clean and staff was nice. But there was an odor I. Our room that made things less than desirable for the night. Bothered my wife sleeping

The room was clean and the staff was helpful when we needed them. Breakfast could have been better though. They don't have much to offer, but at least it's free. Parking is limited and at times it's really hard to find a spot, especially late at night. It is extremely convenient to great restaurants and attractions. It's only 10-15 minutes away from Sight and Sound. I recommend this site if you want a place that is close to great food and restaurants.

I like the parking and didn’t like the carpet in the room, dirty and stained.

It was nice and clean. Pool was small but my kids enjoyed it. Breakfast was good with waffles and eggs. I would come again if staying overnight.

Easy check in. TV didn't work in the room and the desk manager switched us to another room. Everything was satisfactory. Nothing fancy but was exactly what we needed.

The staff was so helpful and kind, breakfast was always good. Thank you Zack for your kindness. The cleaning staff was very helpful and friendly. Will stay there again.
