The room was perfect and location is great - quiet area not far from shopping and attractions.

Our late check out time was not communicated properly. Cleaning service was nice about it, but they did still knock on my door at 11:10am for a 12p checkout.

All modern and elegant. Nice blend of boutique hotel/apt. Easy check in. Great little gym. Fantastic restaurant. Loved the pillow menu. Everything was great. Maybe a microwave and a bit more lighting in the living room.

The gym I wanted to book directly with the Hotel, but their payment system wasn't compatible with my US credit card. This forced me to book via Bookings.com

There wasn't enough light in the room. Most hotels, including this one, are trying to save energy. We didn't have enough light in the bathroom for shaving or makeup, and there wasn't enough light at the work/dining table in the room to look at maps or guidebooks. This was true even in the daytime. We were there on days when it was grey and rainy which didn't help the situation. There needs to be functional lighting at the places where people tend to do things such as at the bathroom mirror or the work/dining table. The bedside lamps were strong enough, but we were too tired to read in bed.

Very stylish little hotel. It has great airy, light rooms and lots of green trees around the property. Staff are very friendly too. Rooms are very quiet too with a high quality fit out. not much - everything was actually brilliant

Modern hotel in a perfect location(close to Rosebank), mostly friendly and helpful staff . Rooms are clean. As I had stayed at this hotel several times, no one finds a sentence like welcome back.
