The apartment was big and clean and very good price Not much only couldn’t get the aircon off

When we entered the room, it smelled strongly of some kind of spices. Also, when we arrived in the evening for check-in, the manager didn't open the door and asked strange questions about the deposit. I had already reserved the room and accepted the terms. It was very unpleasant to discuss my money over the intercom in the evening while standing outside.

One of the windows didn't open. Not enough lounge chairs.

The Apartment is located close to the public transport & food outlets.

like , i just asked for the bit extra time to checkout , and they took 40 $ cash

2 lounges in lving area- cheap fold out futon sofas - old and filthy, no padding left in the cushions so very uncomfortable to try and sit and watch tv.

It was comfortable and spacious General cleanliness of the apartment Windows and window seals were dirty and not cleaned in the month I was there Fans were dirty full of dust

The layout and space was fine Extremely unclean and infested with roaches

It was all ok Just wished it was closer to the carpark ?

The house cleaners just open door and didn't knock .the stairs are loose and creaky

Our stay at APX Parramatta was convenient in terms of location, with three-bedroom apartments close together—ideal for our sporting group—and easy access to Parramatta Mall and Woolworths. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The apartment maintenance was virtually non-existent: the main room light, which needed a new bulb, wasn’t fixed throughout our stay; two burnt, cheap pots were provided in a three-bedroom apartment; and there were hardly any cooking utensils, which made it difficult to cater for our group of 20. Thankfully, friends brought us extra items to cook with. We also paid extra for secure parking for our two vans and a car, but often returned from our events to find our parks taken, and reception made no effort to resolve this. In addition, the reception team was inconsistently staffed, language barriers made communication challenging, and the online photos did not reflect the current condition of the property. It also felt as though there were long-term or unusual residents living at the complex, which added to our concerns. The maintenance of the three-bedroom apartments at APX Parramatta was a real concern. The dining table legs were loose and couldn’t be repaired, even with a screwdriver, and there were very limited cooking facilities — only 2 small burnt pots in each apartment provided for a group of 20 people. Light bulbs needed replacing, and despite raising concerns, there was often no receptionist available to assist, and when there was, the language barrier made communication difficult. We decided to just carry on and focus on our sporting commitments, but the additional charges for secure parking were disappointing, especially as our allocated car parks were often unavailable due to the hotel overselling parking spaces.

Staff were appalling, room not clean, kept 2 lots of security deposits for fictional reasons. One staff member actually made the remark to me that staff or management at the APX do not care about the guests its all about the money, he wasnt lying.

We booked a two-bedroom apartment for our family holiday and it was perfect. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed having a full kitchen and laundry facilities. The team at reception were always friendly and helpful. A real home away from home.

Comfortable and good location Taking $200 bond and not returning for 7 days Calling me at 2.30 pm to pay online when i said i would be arriving between 3-4 pm and would pay online arrival. Then saying if not arriving by 4pm they will re let the room. No customer service at all.

I was travelling with 3 teenagers for a swim meet at Sydney Olympic Park. The room was good for our 3 night stay. Room was clean, car parking was easy. Kitchen was well-equipped. Walking distance to the pub and to Woolies. My credit card wasn't working at check-in so while I had already paid for the room, I wasn't able to check in until I went away and got cash for the security deposit. I couldn't use eftpos. It had to be credit card or cash. A bit inconvenient on this occasion & the man on reception was not nice about it. Pillows on all beds were extremely high/thick and almost un-sleepable. Luckily all my kids brought their own pillows but I was not so lucky and spent 3 days with a sore neck. BYO pillow highly recommended. Room was on 3rd floor with stairs only (no lift). This wasn't really an issue for us but worth mentioning for others.

Love the spacious living areas and workspaces at APX Parramatta! Made it easy to stay productive and relax during my stay. Highly recommend! 5/5 stars.
