Rosehill Hotel

The bed was comfy The rooms were kinda gross, the walls were very dirty, the carpets were gross, there was a weird smell in the room. The biggest problem I had was that the checkout is at 10am and I left my room at 9am to take a quick shower before leaving and when I went back to me room to grab my things and leave and was already locked out of the room and had to wait until 10am until the cleaner came past and let me back into the room.

The location was the only thing this hotel had going for it. we were going to a concert at accor stadium and this was a short drive away. The rooms were old, and the one I was given was barely able to hold the bed that was in it. The shared bathroom was dirty, there were used cigarette buts in the toilet, and I had to literally free another visitor from one of the toilets as the door would not open from the inside.

Located close to public transport with a comfortable room and off street car parking The Parramatta Rd traffic could be noisy at times but given the location, this was expected.

The location and value for money were great

Friendly staff There was no fridge in the rooms and they are small the shower is shared and when someone comes in the bathroom to use the sink it burns U in the shower definitely no privacy and there's only one shower and toilet in the whole hotel upstairs for all guest plus there was a lot of sleezy men there so if your married do not bring your wife of U don't want her hit on the smoke detectors where sticky taped up as where the lights no dinners etc but other then that the staff where really friendly
