Staff were helpful and friendly, Assisted with refunds and similar after the stay due to issues. Bedbugs in the room, Room had a very strong chemical odour on arrival Windows are sealed of so you cannot access or use them, Hotel listed times on the Website that were not accurate like a 6AM open time (Actually 10AM)
