The apartment is close to shops and the Train Station so you can walk to both even with luggage. Having a reception gives the assurance that you can seek help when needed. The apartment is roomy with an in room laundry, great for cleaning your travel soiled cloths. A few minor things could be improved like one of the deck doors was stiff. The Bath had a persistant drip from a water mixer tap. The shower could use a replacement shower screen. The Room Dryer and Washing machine could have had the filters cleaned.

location, bed was okay. Large bath tub. A bit of maintenance would have made it much better, no towel rail, it had come undone and was in the cupboard. Toilet paper holder was loose and wouldn't hold it. Dirty shower curtain. Mouldy shower tiles. Dirty carpet in bedroom. Lots of fluff and dust on floor above bed. Mouse faeces in lounge sofa. Walls and doorways in need of repair and paint. The last screw fell out of one of the dining chairs. Could not open either balcony doors as they were jammed shut. Damaged and old roller blinds.

Great location.

It was alright Need to maintain it more

I didn't like having to pay for car parking. The cost of parking should be included in the cost of the accommodation. It is a shock that car parking is a extra when you are not used to paying for parking. You should give alternatives

Attention to detail could be improved, like dirty curtains and missing items like toilet roll holder

The basic necessities were in walking distance The hotel wasn't worth the price. The place was filthy. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Items in the room were broken. There was mold in the shower They asked for a $200 hold on a card. Way more than anywhere else I've been in Sydney.

Location was near to train station and shopping centres and food restaurants which I found it more convenient during my stay. The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. The balcony was dusty with smoke from traffic, making it unusable. The bathroom was outdated, the exhaust fan did not work causing fogging, and the tap switch leaked. No extra toilet rolls or towels were provided until requested. The beds were uncomfortable. During our four-night stay, room service did not clean the room or provide a vacuum cleaner despite requests. There were no security cameras or clear exit signs in the parking lot.

Parking is cheap and is very close to train station. The carpark is not wheelchair or mobile aid friendly. You can ride tower 2's elevator up but you're staying in tower 1. your key card is restricted to that tower and that elevator stops in the same carpark but then you have to take stairs down to your car space. The room has broken everything. AC is off at fuse box. All the walls, doors, cupboards, furniture and ceilings have scratches, paint missing, chunks missing or are loose.

Room was dirty and very poorly maintained. Curtains did not fully cover windows.

Location Comfort cleanliness was low, very old furniture and not worth for money

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING It was filthy and there was a foul odor coming from the toilet. We moved the sofa because it was too close to the tv and there was so much dirt under the sofa. There was water stains all over the blinds. The cutlery had dried bits of food on them. The tub was filthy. The bed was really firm so if you have a back problem or need a good sleep, you can forget about it.

The location was great and the staff were pleasant and helpful when we asked for a blanket and batteries for the air con remote. The apartment was dirty and poorly maintained. One bedroom had no light, the curtains were falling down, the air con remote didn’t work initially, one bed had no blanket, and the second bathroom had no toilet paper. Overall, it felt run down and not worth the price. I wouldn’t stay again.
