Your deposit will be reimbursed on check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.

Check-in was quick and easy. However, no information was proactively provided regarding breakfast times, parking, or lounge access until we specifically asked about these services. The location is excellent and was one of the highlights of our stay. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the pillows were incredibly comfortable as well. The room was clean, quiet, and well presented. Breakfast – We arrived for breakfast at approximately 8:45am and were met with a long queue. When we were seated, the server advised there would be a significant wait for coffee, which was perfectly understandable and not an issue for us. Unfortunately, the buffet itself was very poorly stocked. There was no tomato sauce available, the yoghurt was empty, and several fruit options had run out. The fresh juicing station was particularly disappointing, with very limited fruit available and what was there sitting in discoloured water. The hot food section had no mushrooms, sausages, or hash browns (tots) available, and there were no bakery items such as Danish pastries or other pastries. There was also no sliced white bread. I requested some white bread and waited more than five minutes before eventually giving up. My sister ordered eggs shortly after we arrived, however these took more than 25 minutes to arrive. I eventually asked the team for an update on both the coffee and the eggs, as I had noticed guests who arrived after us had already been served. The omelette arrived a few minutes later, however it was so overcooked that it was inedible. Overall, this was a very poor experience and I expected a much higher standard from the Parkroyal. Additional feedback: The rooms are extremely dark. An additional main light in the room would make a significant difference. The shower pressure could also be improved.
