Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are a little dated but very clean, comfortable and great value for the price. Excellent location and parking is very good. Will definitely stay again.

5-10 minutes walk from Parramatta train station and walk pass Westfield shopping complex The cold and hot water taps should be upgraded into one tap. They are old and the washer leaks.

Staff were super friendly. Made you feel welcomed. I liked that i was able to come and go as needed with no issues. i stayed in room 10. bed was super uncomfortable. Had a couple having domestic next door 2 nights out of the 4. So listening to constant arguing was not enjoyable while trying to study.
