Receptionist was super friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and big. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. I would stay here again, but since I am a light sleeper, I would ask to have a room that isn’t next to the road.

Couldn't get the TV to work and owner looked at it but it still wouldn't get freeview. Why do motelliers insist on providing 1 ply toilet paper and use old older power saving light bulbs. With every light on I still couldn't read anything. I don't believe they actually save any money.

The property is everything it said it is. It is close to the city centre, grocery and the tourist sites The only thing I can say to improve on, if any, is that if neighbors are noisy you can hear it.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, which always makes such a difference when you’re away from home. I also appreciated how peaceful it felt at night, perfect for unwinding after a busy day exploring Rotorua. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay. ? We

Very cosy place with extremely nice and helpful staff. Room was very large and well stocked. The price was very reasonable. Added bonus of laundry service with $5 wash and $5 drying

I got the hot tub room and it was exactly what my body needed. The rooms were comfortable and generously sized.

Quiet, spacious and met all of our needs Parking was between 1 and 2 although we were in rm14 - strange.

The hosts are lovely, friendly and helpful. The apartment is very clean and spacious with all that you need. The addition of extras - aircon, media entertainment and ironing facilities is appreciated.

Had a 1 bedroom spa bath room. Great stay nice and quiet. Bed was super comfortable spa kitchen and bathroom spotless. Excellent value for $$. We will stay here again when back in Rotorua. Owners were so nice and gave us a chocolate pack on check out.
