The location was wonderful, and what made it even better was that we had a private spa right in our room. We were unable to connect to the Wi-Fi in the room. The connection was very slow

I really enjoyed that we came into our room after hours, and it was left unlocked and warm from the heater. I wished we had a downstairs room, as my Mum also travelled with me and has arthritis in her knees. If there was an option where we could choose, that would be amazing.

Room was freezing and only had a tiny 4 bar oil heater and for the size of the room that wasn’t enough being on the outside wall of the building. Water pressure was terrible.

Enjoyed the soa bath amenstly would recommend to everyone The heater was small could have done with a bigger one we use the woolen blanket.

This was not up to expectations at all it had mold all over the bathroom floors the spa jets did not work and it was very dirty had hair and other particulate all threw the spa witch was so disappointing as it was the only reason I booked this motel was for the spa and we could not even fill it up all the way as we ran out of hot water multiple times we wore so excited to visit and it was so poor we even asked if we could swap rooms but that wasn’t available it was definitely not how the photos showed it he deck around the spa was cracking and about to break the bed wasn’t to comfortable would have been so upset if we had to stay more night and the price was disgusting for what we had to stay in definitely not worth $190 a night

Staff were lovely, a phone call prior to arrival advising us of our room number, location the at the heater was on. Was just amazing No hot chocolate in room

Roomy, almost everything there you could possibly need. The heaters aren’t strong enough to heat the rooms. Hot water bottles for guests would greatly improve comfort on a cold winter night.
