Rose Court Motel, Rotorua

We experienced very supportive and accommodating service from the staff. They were especially welcoming and helpful with our early check-in, which we greatly appreciated. We really appreciated the early check-in service they kindly offered us. It was very helpful and much appreciated.

the comfy beds and spa bath the walls at the back need a good scrub and the walls inside just need a quick paint job

Everything was perfect for me for budget friendly motel everything was exceptionally awesome There was nothing that i did'nt like at this property. Everything is pretty central to this motel its in a great place love it.

Loved the location loved the individual spa Wifi was slow , had trouble with TV , it was cold only small heater provided. It was run down and the feeling you could just tell it needs upgrading.

Staff very very nice and helpful . Very central to everything. Could do with some maintainers bathroom heater falling apart bathroom tap broken . Better heating system. Curtains very very old .

The staff was super friendly and attentive. We enjoyed bathing in the big bathtub. The wifi was very fast. There were so many power points. The bath tub wasn't clean so needed to be washed before use. The wardrobe had no clothes hangers and hanging bar.

A one star rating is me being generous. The room was mouldy, dirty, and not very clean. The location was the only good thing about this. The room has rust in certains areas. I had to scan a QR code to use the internet which I didn't feel safe in doing, no sky channels like it says in the add. No hair dryer, in the room to be used either. We accidentally left OUR OWN pillows behind, rung when we got back to Palmerston North to be told "I'm here by myself, and I can't post them to you." this is beyond a joke, you can arrange a courier to pick up from your address. Also, when I asked to get our money back for a one night stay due to a sick child that wasn't allowed and a credit would be given. Please send back my pillows ASAP, I expect a tracking number before the end of the week. I will be following up, also do better. I will not be staying again and telling all my friends and family to avoid this place.

The spa as usual, that the staff remembered us! Nice location close to everything as soon as we get in to town it’s right there as we are from out of town. Not really anything maybe the milk could be bigger and hot chocolate available as I don’t drink coffee or tea and the kids would enjoy it.

I had the best stay at Rose Court Motel! From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcomed and comfortable. The room was lovely, clean, tidy and had everything I needed for a really enjoyable stay. The hospitality was absolutely amazing and the whole experience was so relaxing and hassle-free. It genuinely felt like a home away from home. I really appreciated how friendly and accommodating Sam was. I would 100% recommend Rose Court Motel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, warm and welcoming place to stay. I’ll definitely be staying here again! Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience! ❤️
