The cleaning was very poor. Had to ask for more toilet rolls and bed was only ‘made’ by throwing the sheets and blankets up. Nothing was cleaned during our four night stay apart from the rubbish bin being emptied.

Convenience and spa pool The room smelt damp and unkept. The towels were tough and damp. I felt the need to wash the plates and utensils in hot water before using.

I didn't know about a breakfast and I really enjoyed the Spa, the Room was nice and warm The WiFi didn't work so well at times thats about it

I liked the location. I will rebook here in the future just know what im paying for. Could have been a bit cleaner. There wasnt much towels coffee top ups i had to ask which was OK.

Rooms were as expected. The beds kept moving around.maybe possible updates on beds needed.

It was close enough to town I expected it to be more modern for the price. Tye shower was terrible and you had to climb into it because it was inside a spa bath, it was yuk.

Nothing Dirty Bathroom very old and was not clean. Stain marks on bathroom wall Carpet is so dirty White top bed top comforter looked dirty and has not for stain marks The hot tub was do dirty and we cleaned it and filled the water. When we asked, that room was not accupied in past couple of days and it was windy so dust and leaves cane inside the tub. But our understanding is that when a room is booked. It should be checked before any customers checks in. Showerhead was not proper. Did not had a good shower and had to skip shower for a day.
