The location was excellent right in the middle of town and conveniently close to supermarkets, restaurants and other locations. The size of the two-bedroom bungalow was perfect for 6 of us. Great to have a separate kitchen and two separate bedrooms. Unfortunately, the rooms weren't cleaned thoroughly as there were cobwebs on most ceilings. The shower door was a bit broken and the radiator in the bedroom was leaking so the carpet was saturated in one spot. The rooms were a little run down and dated and could do with a revamp.

The room was run down and not overly clean. No face washers provided. No staff on-site. Not even during listed reception hours. Broken windows sashes, lumpy mattress overlay. No lights over stairs at far end where our room was located.

Location and the rooms are well- lighted. It is an old property. Rooms had spiders and insects. Kitchen had very limited plates n cutleries.

The location Everything else Cockroach droppings all over plates and cups which were all dirty in the cupboard Cupboard door fell on my foot when just washing a cup to use Beds were hard and felt like bugs crawling all over us Bathroom was disgusting, shower was moldy and had dirt all around the edges Dirty marks all around bathroom (looked like poo) Room was very hot and no way to cool down Person staying below us kept a dog in their car all day, we looked just before bed and the dog wasn't in there, checked again in the morning and whatta you know, the dog was back in the car so obviously slept in the room Owner and caretaker both absolutely rude when we brought these issues up with them and didn't care at all Horrible experience!! This place needs to be shut down or new owners with a revamp

Wall mounted column heater was on and heated up room and now way to turn off. Kitchen sink tap dripping Hot water turned off overnight and only had cold water next morning. Took almost 30 minutes to get it back on but by then it was almost check out time so no time for any morning showers. Bathroom needed cleaning with cobwebs over windows and tapware needed to be cleaned.
