Nothing Worst motel stay I’ve ever experienced This was easily one of the worst motel stays I’ve had, especially considering the price. From the moment I arrived, there was no receptionist or staff member available. The key had simply been left for me, despite the office supposedly being staffed from 8am to 8pm. During the entire weekend I was there, I never saw anyone at reception. I called to ask for a light bulb because one was not working. Nobody came. I had to call again the following day to request fresh towels and a heater, as the room was absolutely freezing throughout the night. The items eventually arrived about an hour later. The room itself was disappointing. It was dirty, had mould, stained flooring and was extremely cold. For what I paid, I expected a much better standard of cleanliness and basic service. To make matters worse, I had specifically arranged a late check-out until 10:30am. On Sunday morning, staff were banging on my door telling me I had to leave. I had to get out of the shower to explain that I had been given a late check-out. The staff member had difficulty communicating in English and, despite me showing the confirmation on my phone, continued telling me to leave. I found the interaction very rude and upsetting. The whole experience was extremely stressful. Basic requests were ignored, there was virtually no reception service, the room was cold and unclean, and the check-out situation was handled very poorly. For the price, this motel is absolutely not worth it. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.

Very dirty on the floor, carpet.was.updise down, left nails in bathroom, stains on towels, disgusting place, looks like sb justbeepaintbit and forgot to renovate after 40 years, tv flat was ok and sofa.the rest is a drama. Ery expensive wmfor what you get, it should.neber be called a hotel, never 4 stars, max1, température in wi ter 13 degrees inside, my son got cold after the stay- it should.not got a licence to be a motell or whatever it is.it should.be close for.dirt, broken doors, broken windows, booking should.never list bit on the websites

Was a bit of confusion about the key but upon leaving I did ring him to let him know that my granddaughter found a very sharp used needle took het to the doctor we are awaiting results Heating was awful in no2 one heater not even going thank goodness I always take my own blanket

For price not worth it. Blankets smelt off, stuff left over from previous book in, no heating AND ITS WINTER!! How hard is it to buy a small heater at least. No Heating!! Felt and smelt unclean Sharpen up or pass it to someone who’ll take care of it I liked my room it was just the heating and felt unclean

I like nothing there No heater, not clean, I didn’t stay there because I travelled with my family and it was not secured or worth it because we can’t stay in the cold and dirty house. When I asked the owner if he can arrange one heater he replied no and was so rude. How will you stay in a house without heater when it’s winter season. Hope I will get justic.Thanks

Nothing As we travel and stay with family, the room was not good at all , first of all there is no active heater in one room, both rooms toilet doors are not able to close properly, there was no blanket or anything to cover the body in this winter time in the absence of heater. Additionally, the cooking range was not responding properly, overall not satisfied and not recommended the property for a family, I think it may be suitable for a single to consider only for sleeping

Nothing except leaving Everything - Black mould in every room, paint containers open and wires exposed, stained carpets, dangerous walls er feature, filthy carpets, filthy bathrooms, graffiti on walls and pictures, ripped head Board, ripped wall paper, exposed entries into building cavities where small children could go causing a major safety hazard - the entire facility should be condemned!!!

Nothing! No staff present. Key was left in the room, but couldn't get the door open because it was stuck. Phoned the number on the sign that said "back in a few minutes" no reply. There was no staff there all day! Had to kick the door to open it. Once in the room was so cold and not clean! Towels were old. Minimal bedding that smelled unpleasant. The picture above is not a recent picture! Minimal room for parking. So sad because it doesn't take much to make a place clean! Its like the staff don't give a toss. This place should NOT be on Booking.com!

Location Was not clean Pillows were disgusting smelt like they had been used a thousand times and not washed I ended up having to sleep on my towels and clothes. Room was cold heater then not do anything the room looks like it hasn’t had a thorough clean in a very long time. That was even afraid to cook in it to use it. Toilet had blood stain on the outside it was just very unsatisfying.

Location Had to get the sheets and duvet changed as they were visibly unclean, cold and damp smelling, the provided heaters weren't overly effective. The showers were unclean and had cobwebs, didnt use. The table had burned in writing, carpets and rugs threadbare. We paid less for way more the night before in Whakatane. Was no where near what we expected, pictures were deceiving
