Завтрак хороший, всего было достаточно. Есть подземная парковка за 6 или 9 евро в сутки (точно не помню). Через дорогу торговый центр и легко можно до центра дойти пешком. Матрас и подушки удобные. Отель очень устал- ужасно грязный пол везде в коридорах, с непонятными пятнами и разводами, обшарпанные стены и двери. Персонал не говорит на английском, объяснялись знаками.

This was a great choice hotel for a good value stay in the city of Rouen. It was close enough to walk into the city centre. Staff were really helpful, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There were good choices for breakfast and the option to securely park on site (for a fee) was a huge bonus. Nothing - we were very happy with our stay in this hotel.

Comfortable and clean. They let us to stay with our dog and parking is great. No ventilation in the bathroom

Excellent location. Good continental breakfast. Metro literally at the door. Mall also. Three stops to old part of town. Parking extra but in the building. Doors slam loudly.

The pillows are horrendous, and the bedlinnen with a lot of polyester which makes you sweaty...

Nobody ever cleaned. They just made the bed.

Good location, the bed was okay for sleeping. Quiet room. The table and window were not clean. The floor was not well washed either. Upon arrival, there was an almost finished roll of paper with a torn edge hanging in the toilet Not all staff understood English well and were not very friendly (not all)

We had a lovely stay in this hotel. It is conveniently located, so we had a comfortable walk to the historical centre every day. Our family room for three was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast wasn't fancy or overly plentiful, but it was very adequate for a good morning meal. The staff did their best to accommodate our requests and answer our questions, even though their English was limited. We felt welcome and recommend this hotel for those who want to have a good value for their money without sacrificing comfort. The underground garage parking was an excellent feature; we didn't have to worry about the safety of our rental car. These are really minor issues that didn't spoil our experience in the least. Even though we booked the room for three people, only two sets of towels were provided. But the staff immediately issued us the third set when asked. There were only a few drops of liquid hand soap in the bathroom; it finished very quickly and wasn't replenished. Our door-opening cards didn't work after each cleaning, so we had to ask the staff to give us new ones every day.

Access to trunk road system highly disrupted by major roadworks with many unexpected road closures and diversions that were not well signed.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, The underground car garage was good, next to the hotel entrance. The staff was friendly and helpful. We liked to hotel, it is price performance hotel. You can walk to the city center in 20-25 minutes. The neighbour was good.

The location is 10-15 minutes from the center. There is a paid parking lot. Breakfast is good. The rooms are clean. The bed and pillows are very comfortable.

I love the price and the staff at this very nice hotel. Although the rooms were small, they were very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent.
