Location near the station, but it wasn't noisy. Very nice room and comfortable bed. The staff were very helpful. For a 4* hotel, the room could have done with a fridge and better furniture for hanging clothes. However, the staff said it was being replaced.

The location was excellent, the hotel has a charming historic character, and the room was comfortable and clean. The staff were also friendly and welcoming. There was nothing major that we didn’t like. Overall, everything was good.

Modern and clean, breakfast was fresh and delicious with plenty of choices, AC in the room was a godsend in the heat. Would definitely stay again. The location just opposite a train station in many cases is never a safe one but on this occasion it was actually alright. I requested an iron board and iron to be left outside our room but it never arrived.

A clean and comfortable hotel with a beautiful view of the city from the window. The Museum of Fine Arts, Rouen Cathedral, and other attractions are within walking distance. Friendly staff ready to answer your questions.

Location Carpet was dirty. The toilet was not anchored correctly and rocked each time someone sat down.

Convenient location. Well appointed room. Super helpful check in staff. The softest bath towels we’ve ever had. Mattress was a little firm but that is a personal preference so not a big deal.

The staff was very polite. My room was quiet, big, lots of windows, and comfortable. There were enough pillows and towels. Coffee, tea and water complementary. Room including bathroom needs a bit of a refresh

The hotel is exactly as advertised. Old Charming hotel with remodeled room and bathroom facilities. The hall way carpet felt old and would need to be replaced.

A small thing, but more than one coffee pod with caffeine in the room would be appreciated.
