Eaux Spa

Clean. Has a microwave...A large supermarket nearby Quiet surroundings. My room is a basement, i.e most part below the ground level. If you open the high windows, things can get into your room easily with the staircase next to them. Not used to the ways of opening & locking the door, & also turning on hot water. The staff responded quickly & was helpful. Thanks.

Bed wasn’t comfy, impossible to speak to anyone in charge if needed to, in quite a run down area doesn’t feel safe, parking is very bad. We left our car outside the gate and asked when we arrived was it ok to leave there. Came back the next day and car was gone, couldn’t get hold of anyone for help, luckily we found a young lad who could translate and took us to the police station. The owner had our car taken to the impound, £170 to get the car back! definitely would not recommend.

Kitchenette despite on the whole not being very well equipped we found convenient. Coffee machine, big shower (hot water lasted for 5mins), TV with large channel selection, quiet location Room smelt of stale cigarette smoke, not being able to take a long shower. But the biggest problem by far was the mattress. We are both young and slim and have travelled many poor countries. We felt like we were sinking in the bed. A terrible nights sleep (if you can call it that). Both woke with back ache

I did a language class and needed a place to stay. This appartement was in walking distance and had a reasonable price. I was also attracted by the free parking option. Everything was very new in this place. The owner also asked if I was in need of anything. I was fine but find the attention remarkable. The light system could change colours. Thar´t was great! There is free parking in the streets but to find a free spot takes some time. The kitchen utensils were sufficient but few. There was only one little window so the place was quite dark.

Everything! This place is just beautiful, and I couldn’t recommend it enough to people, I will 100% be visiting again in the future. 10000/10 Nothing - it was perfect

On arrival we realised that the area was not very safe and far from the centre. We asked if we could park our car inside the property. It was declined so we left as we didn't feel our car would be safe on the street. Disapointing as it was marketed aa a spa but we didnt have access to spa facilities

The location was good. The parking was easy on road. The entry to the property was easy and the property was clean and tidy. The property advertised dining table and dining area n the property and outside tables and seating. This does not exist. Whilst there were cooking pots there were no utensils to use although the kitchen is described as "well equipped" The remote controls for the TVs etc needed working batteries. It's the little details which made the property disappointing.

Well located, clean ,well equipped and comfortable. Not easy to have fresh air without leaving window wide open all night on ground floor

No heating on and the curtain rail collapsed as soon as I tried to open the curtains….. then discovered a grey wall less than a meter from the window. No heating and access was poor and finding the place was confusing with two number nine s in the same street. Heating on and milk for tea and coffee….. and better signage

The place has a surprising courtyard not expected as it is in a residential area. Of course the spa was great the room has a little convenient kitchen. The technology with tv at the spa and projector in bedroom is great. A little extra touch would make the experience perfect. Extra set towels for separate spa and shower. Little more cups and bowls in the kitchen. The pillows felt to soft of our taste and bedding felt plastic. But anyway we had a good sleep.
