Location Friendly staff The room had curtains not well hanged, in the walls some plaster not properly finished , a bedding storages in the closet a plain sight ; overall it felt like a room of a much cheaper hotel The huge TV screen in the breakfast room was uncomfortable.

The location was great, very close to the train station and the city center. Nice personnel as well The pictures look better than the actual state of the hotel. Our double room on the third floor was really small and it was difficult to move around the bed without hitting anything. The light in the bathroom turns on only with a movement detector. So if you need to visit a bathroom at night, bright light shining in your eyes is unavoidable. The worst part for us was paper thin walls and a snoring neighbor, we felt like he was sleeping right next to us. So the sleep during our stay was quite horrible because of that. Bedsheets were not properly clean and we could find some hairs on it

Great quiet location in between the station and the centre of Rouen. Very helpful staff. They stored our bikes for us.

The Hotel Morand is charmingly historic and incredibly located, and we spent a lovely night there. The staff were extremely helpful, and we were impressed with the overall experience.

Fabulous location, with views to the medieval donjon and a cathedral! Amazing start point for visiting. Wonderful dining area. Super friendly and caring staff who went above and beyond! The rooms upstairs are really warm in summer. Some form of AC would be really helpful. The stairs are definitely for the brave of heart.
