Our room was amazing and huge! Clean and beautifully appointed!

I liked everything about the property - the room, the location, the staff, the breakfast, and even the weather!! There was nothing not to like!! ?

Our luggage was "delayed". The hotel staff was very helpful. The breakfast was great on the 1st day, but we had to leave very early the next day. They packed us a go-bag that was great! Above and beyond! Also, loved the giant polar bear in the shower!! Nothing. It was perfect!

The breakfast was outstanding. So much variety. High quality and it included local favorites. The location was fantastic. It was near everything in Rovaniemi. The staff was welcoming and helpful. We had to wait for a train after checkout and they kept our luggage for us while we continued touring the area before our train. I would definitely stay there again. Nothing - it was wonderful.

The room is so beautiful. Exactly as shown in the photos. Good variety of breakfast. Great coffee maker. TV able to connect with mobile phone. Totally recommend. Breakfast stopped refilling 30-45 minutes before finish. The bar was not always attended. Had to wait for the bartender for several minutes. Poor sound proof walls. Noise from elevator all nights.

The buffet breakfast was beautiful and had many options. I also loved the lounge lobby area and the overall aesthetic of the hotel. This also applied to my room. Showcased in the room photos is a polar bear. They do sell a polar bear but it wasn't the exact same one in the photos even when placed in our room.

Location and cleanliness Short staffed

Sauna in hotel was great. Beautiful ambiance, comfortable room. Hotel restaurant was the best food we had in the trip. Thermostat in our room didn’t work properly.

Warm welcoming and professional staff. They really made us feel welcome. Cool interior design. Cozy rooms with heated bathroom floors, comfy beds - we were never cold despite being so far north. Central location offered proximity to great restaurants, awesome kids park, shops and downtown. Superb, absolutely the most amazing breakfast we ever had traveling. I was so impressed with the value for the price that I honestly don’t have anything bad to say. Absolutely impeccable.

Location The breakfast place closed @ 10am & they will not make eggs for us @ 9:30 bcz the kitchen was closed

The hotel is located in the center of the town. They had a parking lot behind the hotel which was very convenient. Hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious and came with the sauna which was a plus! I would stay here again! Thank you! The price during the winter season was high

The location is really great. There are several nice authentic Finnish restaurants nearby. The room and public areas are very clean and organized. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. I forgot my stuffs at the hotel. The staffs found them and shipped them to me internationally. I’m really appreciated how attentive they are. Highly recommend this hotel. None
