Hostel dishonored, pre-charged the credit card without my authorisation, refused to refund overcharged VAT, failed to disclose on Bookings platform about their malfunction windows, thus charged full price with beyond acceptable room quality,

The breakfast was really good. They have a lounge and kitchen too. We really appreciated that they prepared us breakfast since our flight was early in the morning.

We were really cold and this was 2nd staying. We will not have a plan to accomodate any more in Hostel Koti. Because we could not get heat service. They says if building degree is under 21 degeee, then automatocally openes heaters but outside was minos 1. Heater is big problem at Hostel Koti...

I really liked this hostel and would return if I go to Rovaniemi again. The room and the showers/toilets were very clean. I enjoyed the café downstairs and their breakfast was very good for the price. I also liked that there is a sauna free to use. You get plenty of towels and you don't need a padlock, as the lockers work with a numeric code. The location is also perfect within the town. I would have liked if the sauna time wasn't limited for one hour per gender. Also, if you are very sensitive to noises from others, note that this is not like a capsule hostel, you don't get complete isolation with a thick curtain on each bed. It is not that bad, but worth to mention.

Secure building with an elevator, good value breakfast. English signage. Friendly and helpful staff. Shower smelled. No toilet spray.

youngsters should get it that oldsters don't like a bedroom with mobile phone or tablet "illuminations" till half night. They should come with us (me..) in Lapland to see LIFE!!!

The staff were sometimes busy with the work - understandable as they have to run the café- but they would respond to requests promptly. So, actually I liked everything about the property especially that I met nice and friendly roommates from different parts of the world. The only thing I hope was different is the price: I would say it’s a bit pricey, but I understand this is high season.
