The shower without the barrier is annoying. You have to clean and dry after every shower

Had tea,coffee facilities. Iron and ironing board. Room clean. No lift had to walk upstairs,luckily only two flights. Room was quite small. No shower gel in bathroom. Breakfast could have had more variety and labels to explain which type of jam etc.

The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was nice, very easy to get into the centre of Rovaneimi, it's a hotel that activity places will pick you up from, my room was quite spacious, it was warm although it was in the minus outside. So the bathroom is technically a wet room/big shower with a toilet in it, there are plug sockets and a wall light switch which to me seems very strange but there might be different regulations in Finland for this. Walls are thin so you can hear the room next to you if they are loud enough

It’s a good location and breakfast is decent When I arrived with my luggages the receptionist was standing by the door blocking it and he didn’t even bother to move or open it for me. Also it was very old and gave the feeling of dirty. The shits were torn and it was very expensive for what it is.

Nicely arranged winter items, snacks and drinks at the lobby for sale. Shower is too close to toilet. Toilet paper got wet even in the case.

The people were friendly, and the location was convenient, just a 10 to 15-minute walk to the city centre. There was also a shopping mall nearby for food and souvenir shopping. We arrived in Rovaniemi by plane and took an airport shutle that dropped us off about a 20-minute walk from the hotel. I regretted not taking a taxi, as dragging 20 kg of luggage (four pieces in total: two weighing 23 kg each and two smaller bags) in the winter was quite tricky. I probably took the wrong airport bus as it should have dropped us near the hotel. The heater was not working at all. Someone came to check it but left, claiming they couldn't do much due to some reason. It was so cold, reaching -4 degrees Celsius at night, with min source of heat. We wore two layers of clothing and stuck hand warmers to our chests to sleep.

Slightly away from the city centre but not so far, it was walkable. Breakfast was excellent. Although we were early for checkin but it was nicely arranged by the Reception staff. That was a great relief.
