The location is good Though I did not have any problem locating the key but instructions could have been clear and with picture. In spite of many guests complaining the same the management had made zero considerations to improve the check in instructions. Early checkin and late checkouts are charged, keeping in mind guests should not be asked to do any part of the cleaning like taking of the linens and dispose the bin after finding some random city collection locations as if the guests would know that. Guests should absolutely checkout hassle free keeping the property reasonably clean, thats it. The sauna not working properly and the range hood not working.

Fully equipped kitchen Very difficult to find the way to get in. Luckily we found a lady there to help us.

There were no guide to start the sauna heater. So during 4 day stay I could not use it. I paid more for this sauna but could not use it

Excellent location.. The description told us there would be 3 beds in the bedroom plus a sofa bed. There was only 2 beds in the bedroom & a very very small sofa bed. A bit misleading. Very slow to respond to any questions we had that we sent through booking.com

The location could not be better. This is spot on the city centre with everything around. Also very close to all attractions. All activity providers would provide pick up and drop right in front of the door. The overall property was very decent, clean enough and had mostly everything you would need for stay. Temperature was also very controlled, not too hot or too cold. It has a large balcony overlooking the city center. For those who might get confused, the property is on the 4th Floor and the key box can be found in the back of the building , you can walk towards the left and behind the building where there is parking area. Look to top right corner there is a small hut with grey wooden wall, in that side wall you will see all the keyboxes. Location The heating wasn’t working it was -15 outside and I messaged to say we are cold and I was told Finnish people like it on 20-22 degrees which is crap as this wasn’t the first place I stayed. Also the sauna was no working … not impressed also was asked to strip beds, take rubbish out before we leave. My daughter was unwell as they couldn’t even come to sort the heating … wouldn’t recommend

It was a huge apartment, coffee maker and sauna inside the place was a plus The pick up and drop off for the key was not good system at all

The apartment was very nice and quite big. We really appreciated the location, which was close to the city center and train station. Also, we were very excited to have sauna and the balcony in the apartment. Perfect. -

The owner was accommodating with last-minute changes. The apartment had everything we needed, the furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen appliances were top notch. There was construction across the building during the time we stayed, so it was very loud during the day. My partner was very much looking forward to using the sauna that was included in the facilities list. We booked the apartment because of the sauna, and we thought it would be in the unit. They were super disappointed to learn that we couldn't use the sauna, and it was a common sauna that the whole building used.

Since the keys were inside a safe box, we could grab them anytime in the evening. It was convenient. The apartment is well located in the city centre, close to shops and restaurants. It's very cosy, and the private sauna is a plus, especially on cold days. There is a manual with all the explanations needed, which is very handy. There is free public parking just 10 minutes walking from the apartment, in case you need it. The apartment is worth it; there is nothing major to mention, just a few things. The safe box location was not indicated in the email, and it was not in front of the main gate but in the back gate, at the parking area. The cooker fan doesn't work. The Wi-Fi connection was slow and was down a few times. There is one curtain missing in the room, and light enters at dawn.

I got upgraded to a larger apartment in another location, it is near to pick up point for most excursion that I booked. I'm very glad as the apartment itself very nice n comfortable with sauna. It'a pity there is an mis communication on address . didn't metion clearly the change of location, instead of mentioning the location to pick up the key. anyone will follow the address of her booking. It's Miscommunication . It's time for you to look at the phase you used to make everyone understand.
